Will Davidson CEO: we don't think the small capital market will reopen [to IPOs] until there is visibility in interest rates coming down. United Hydrogen's model was different to traditional venture capital as it was often building a company from scratch or around an idea or technology.

United Hydrogen own between 3% and 62% of companies under their umbrella. Average 50%. Stakes in companies valued at $77m.

United Hydrogen loss making in 2023.

National Hydrogen valued at $40m. They sold a stake recently from which United Hydrogen received $2m.

Did you catch my post regarding the reply United Hydrogen provided me on National Hydrogen?

It's good to see a CEO buying their stock. Sometimes people have to sell, but they never have to buy. However, I think it should be taken with a pinch of salt and some caution.

It reminds me so very much of a previous investment of mine, except on that occasion I was on the other side of the fence: AIM listed stock, everything seemingly going according to plan, money spent on a brand new information centre to keep the locals and potential investors updated and on board, the top two global soverign wealth funds heavily invested and then a reassuring RNS informing that the CEO had spent 15k of his own money buying the company's shares on the open market.

I was mightily relieved, but couldn't understand the negative posters who warned not to read too much into it. Their warnings seemed at best stupid; at worst sinister. They got such a slating as they tried to bring to the table their empirical warnings. Supporters told them in no uncertain terms where to go, stating there was no correlation between what had gone before and what was happening now. I couldn't see anything but positivity and felt ever more increasing confidence in my investment.

Just a handful of months later everything collapsed as we lost a hostile takeover.

I remember the outcry on the bulletin board. There was even serious talk about seeking the CEO out, with one poster offering to stab him.

Investment experiences like that stay with you. I'm not for one minute claiming anything underhand is going on here, simply that too much shouldn't be read into something like a CEO buying a few grands worth of stock.

Personally, I feel if Paul Emmitt is that insightful he would be releasing an RNS stating what was happening with United Hydrogen.

I believe the whole purpose of these boards is to tell others of your experiences and, more importantly, to listen to those of others, whilst accepting there shall be differing investment approaches. As we know, there is a vast spectrum of personalities on here. All you can do is proffer your opinions and experiences and let others decide for themselves.

I had an e mail from United Hydrogen yesterday responding to my query about what was going on with National Hydrogen and their fundraise amongst other things.

'Please note that we are not allowed to talk about National Hydrogen', was the succinct reply.

You're like a kid picking at a scab, Castle. You just can't leave it alone.

You didn't get any crap off me. Just relevant questions asking you to explain things that defied the laws of physics etc.

I don't know what it is with you, Castle but you clearly have a real problem going on in your head with me and what I'm up to. For some reason, because I haven't bought Powerhouse and held them for years like you have, you seem to take it as some kind of personal insult.

I bought Powerhouse just before the surge up to 12p. And yes it was luck that timing. Pure luck. I don't try to pretend otherwise.

I sold them on the way down locking in a profit.

After that I bought and sold them several times, holding them for various lengths of time. Again, locking in profits.

I took the view a while back to get out of them for reasons posted earlier today. Yes, that does mean I haven't purchased them at 0.3etc. But whilst you were doing that I was putting my money elsewhere. Where it still is and in profit.

You trawled through my posts and found one where I stated I'd bought before 12p and sold on the way down, which I'd said all along. So thank you for that.

The same post you dragged out also revealed I'd bought and sold Powerhouse on several occasions, which I'd also previously stated. So again, thank you for that.

A trader is someone who makes a living out of buying and selling shares. They do it for a job. This you have claimed I do on many occasions, stating that it's my job and I do it for a living. Even suggesting I work for a troll farm. It is on this basis that I have repeatedly refuted your claim that I am a trader. My day job is a little more prosaic I'm afraid.

I'm hoping this overview finally puts this matter to rest for you.

You clearly feel threatened by me as I pull apart your endless ramping, fuelled by misinformation, disinformation, inarticulate ramblings, fantasies, made up stories and any other kind of bulls--t you can shovel up to throw on the fire of your desperation to get Powerhouse shares back up in order to simply break even.

All you've done is point out what I've said all along: that I buy and sell them through the peaks and troughs of their natural cycle to try to make money.

I haven't owned any shares in Powerhouse now for ages because I believe they shall go sub 1p leading up to the test centre coming on stream. If they drop to the level I suspect, which you know how long I've been saying that for, and I buy them before a spike and then sell them a few months later at a profit, does that make me a trader?

Or a savvy investor?

Have you stopped for a minute to look at your own investment ideology before you call me a clown for the way I invest in Powerhouse, Castle.

And here you are now at a penny, calling me a clown for having bailed out with the foresight to see what was going to happen, and in doing so buying back in and selling out several times to make further money riding the natural ups and downs of the share price.

I haven't held any shares in Powerhouse now for a long long time. I fully intend to if I feel money can be made from them in timing a potential upswing.

Why you see that as such a problem I don't know.

You've just backed up what I said. Namely, that I invested in them years ago and sold out on the way down, and after that bought and sold them as they fluctuated.

What on earth is the point you are trying to make here?

For so long now you have been obsessed with whether I short this stock, whether I trade it, whether I have multiple accounts, whether I do this for a living, whether I work for a troll farm, whether I'm AI or a bot etc etc. And in all that time the relevant and pertinent points I bring to you about Powerhouse, and which you should consider if you're an investor, are passing you by.

You're so preoccupied with my motives it's unbelievable.

Your insinuation that I trade them is rooted in your belief that I think I can move the share price by posting on here. Only an idiot would believe they could do that. As with all shares, especially one such as Powerhouse at the stage it is at now, they fluctuate up and down. If I do choose to trade them then it's those natural cycles I shall try to make money out of, and my recommendation shall reflect what I believe shall happen regardless.

If you read the report and accounts of the companies you are invested in as well as you read the posts on here it's no wonder you are losing money hand over fist.

On many occasions I have stated that I used to hold shares in Powerhouse Energy. It's there in my posting history. I've said on many occasions that I sold out and I'm interested in Powerhouse because I think they have potential and as such may purchase again.

Yes, the likes of Greenpeace need to be brought onside. It would be a massive boost to the share price. Gone are the days when they were a fringe outfit. They weird enormous power and influence.

Powerhouse technology is far far better than landfill. I can't disagree with that. But on the back of a failed venture such as the one in Scotland, anything less than 100% carbon neutral is going to cause them marketing problems.

That's a very very very bold statement to say that Greenpeace shall love Powerhouse.

It really is.

If you need and choose to believe that to bolster your confidence in your investment here then you go for it.

In one post you state Powerhouse shall be burning syngas; in another you say carbon neutral.

On both of these viewpoints of yours, Castle I can honestly say I've never heard anything so delusional in my life.

You say 'a trickle of self sufficiently made syngas...' and then go on to say '...no gas burning away'.

Firstly, how small is the trickle?

Secondly, burning syngas produces harmful emissions.

You need to wake up to this fact. It's what Powerhouse are up against.

It's why Greenpeace class pyrolysis and gasification as incineration.

Whether I'm invested or not; giving a strong sell or a strong buy, doesn't alter that fact.

Personally, I don't see it as incineration.

But what I see it as is irrelevant.

If you post a link to Greenpeace as a tacit promotion of Powerhouse technology to solve the plastic waste problem then it's only fair a complete picture is given.

I asked the question as an example of what Powerhouse are up against.

Instead of focusing on governments becoming aware of the technology here, do you not think it would be better to get the environmentalists on side? Forget governments. This one may be more environmentally focussed than the previous, but they shall hardly notice Powerhouse even if the test centre is a success.

I'm sure I don't need to tell you the power and influence of Greenpeace. Surely at this stage it would be better to make the likes of them aware of Powerhouse's unique technology. Emmitt should invite one of their UK representatives to Bridgend now. Get them on board. If he can persuade the likes of Greenpeace that he has what you say he has then that would be a massive boost for the share price.

That's a good link to Greenpeace and their plastic waste report. I've been a member of Greenpeace for forty years. I used to help raise money for them in my younger days.
