Whilst it can't be dismissed entirely, I'd be surprised if one or more of the larger companies had even recognised Powerhouse at this nascent stage.

If they had, I suspect such news would have been leaked causing a significant lift in the share price.

I'm interested in your comment that NH2 is a five year arrangement.

Do you think prospective purchasers of Powerhouse technology shall do so at test scale or it's more likely they shall require much larger units?

If they require much larger - almost a given - how shall this be funded?

I can't see Powerhouse's money in the bank being able to provide the necessary finance without either further dilution through a fundraise or a prospective purchaser of their technology coming on board with financial assistance for a share in Powerhouse.

I couldn't agree more. No comparison between PHE and FTSE100 companies. I should have made that clearer. What I meant was I don't think the amount of shares in circulation per se affects whether institutions invest or not. They certainly won't in PHE at the moment regardless if whether there are four billion in issue or just four.

Not aware of any broker forecasts. But to be honest haven't paid much attention.

The relatively consistent, almost daily, peaks and troughs of late do make it tempting to dabble. But I see this going lower over the next few months before a hoped for uptick on the back of encouraging update years' end.

But this 'funding' should be clarified.

To be honest, I think Emmitt has used that terminology to mean orders. But as with many things, words are powerful and should be chosen wisely. Especially by a CEO when discussing his company.

Not sure if billions of shares puts larger investors and institutions off investing.

There's plenty of FTSE100 companies with billions of shares in circulation. IAG has more than Powerhouse. I think it all comes down to fundamentals and Mcap to be honest.

Since the recent RNS I think funding has become the elephant in the room.

Okay for this year and going into next year, but it's coming down the track for sure.

It seems there is confusion between funding and orders to be placed. Two wholly different scenarios, but yet seem to be being used interchangeably.

Did Paul Emmit mean hoped for orders to be placed when he stated funding?

If so, it's a serious misuse of wording for a CEO.

Either way, I think it needs to be clarified.

Then it's Powerhouse executives, their financial advisors and Powerhouse shareholders who are keeping it under the radar in order to attract speculative traders.

But why they would choose to do that is beyond me.

The amount of shares issued at the initial IPO is decided by company executives and their financial advisors in order to facilitate a successful floatation. Shares added after that are done so at an executive level with the backing of shareholders.

I agree that having billions of shares at a low price can seem a little too much, but in shares I've owned in the past where they have consolidated the fewer shares in circulation at the higher price didn't push them any higher. If anything, it gave room for further falls.

I'm going to have to leave it with you, Dusty I'm afraid to seek clarification on Powerhouse obtaining something they haven't sought, as I know Castle won't engage with me lol.
