I don't things shall necessarily fail. I'm just not as convinced as some that it's a foregone conclusion everything is going to go perfect.

I think in the run up to Christmas the market makers are going to have their pound of flesh and as a result further retrace in the share price is likely. Hence, my strong sell at the moment, providing a better buying opportunity.

If results from the test centre are promising a spike in share price towards 3p is possible, if not probable, allowing a good profit. And, as we all know, a profit isn't a profit until it's taken.

I have concerns about the bigger picture though. I don't feel the magnitude of the undertaking here has been fully appreciated and realised by some. I feel that what is expected by some over the next several months is in fact going to take many years.

There are many hurdles.

Yes, management are planning for success.

You say that you're all here to make free money. But that's the point: the money you hopefully make won't be free. You're risking your hard earned buying your shares with no guarantee you can sell them at a higher price.

That's not the case with these options.

The price is too low. It does not necessarily reflect success.

If Emmitt was to sell 0.2p higher than his exercise price and make a hundred grand profit next year and the share price was to go no higher due to complications in testing or other problems, would you consider that worthy of reward for a job well done?

This RNS reeks of management making sure they are well-looked after even on not very modest success.

If everything goes better than expected and over the next few years the share price rises substantially, all of this shall be irrelevant. But if things don't work out and it's revealed those in charge have made large amounts of money whilst small shareholders lose out today's RNS shall be cursed.

I agree, the dilution is small. But it's still dilution.

And yes, it is normal for management to be rewarded for a job well done.

And so it should be.

But the exercise price does not reflect success. If it did it would be much higher. It's simply allowing management and, as Red as stated, more or less everyone in the company, the possibility to make money even if things don't go as shareholders hope.

Incentives are to be welcomed.

But not at this lowly option price. And certainly not at the amounts rewarded.

I fail to see how this is good news.

It's dilution.

It suggests absolutely nothing about the confidence of the BOD.

Far from reassuring shareholders, it should make them wary of how the BOD are looking after themselves.

I have no doubt the BOD are honourable and have every intention of making Powerhouse a success, but in doing so they are also increasing their chances of making sure they come out of it financially rewarded if things fail.

It's potentially free money they have allocated for themselves. In no way does it imply they are confident of a share price above 1p, because they have nothing to lose if it doesn't go above the option price.

I think it will rise above it.

But their issuing of options is simply them looking after themselves.

Looking at the share price graph for today it's clear the announcement caused the reversal in share price.

If the share price hits 10p then I agree he would deserve it.

But it's not at 10p; it's circa a penny.

And he stands to make vast amounts of money even if things don't go to plan providing the share price stays not much more above where it is now.

It's potentially free money they have awarded themselves. No risk whatsoever.

I think it sends out the wrong message. 4.13pm on a Friday says it all to me.

I would have thought better of them if they were only able to partake in the options above a share price of say 5p.

It's a minuscule dilution of shares but with vast amounts being able to be made.

It doesn't necessarily reward only success. If things don't pan out as shareholders hope they shall over the next several months the share price could still be languishing just slightly above where it is now, with large amounts of money still to be made exercising options.

Not sure what the share price was when Emmitt took over. I refer to it because I've always believed CEO should not be able to partake in a share option below the price it was when they took charge.

Every CEO is responsible for providing shareholder value, reflected in share price. Absolutely nothing wrong with options per se. I'm all for incentives. But it doesn't seem right to me if a CEO oversees a share price fall to then be rewarded for getting that share price back up.

As I say, I can't recall the share price when he took over.

Either way, he's taking no risks whatsoever. You guys invested here are doing that. He now has the option to purchase 50, 000, 000 shares if they climb above the set price. 50k for every 0.1p if my maths is correct?

Acts as an incentive for those running the company to get the share price up.

Downside is it dilutes. Also, makes people question whether they shall do it again.

You're a curious character. Been here for eight years, eagerly tracking a kiln as it travelled half way around the world, predicting a share price of 6p upon its arrival. Predicting further uplift in share price upon Australian funding and patent approval. And in all that time another poster predicted sub 1p, questioned Australian funding and pointed you towards the Australian announcement of a struggling IPO. And it's that poster you call a clown lol. On the weekend the share price in your post states 0.975p; after the week of the patent news and even the recent CEO share purchase!

Sometimes you just can't make it up lol.

Equally baffling is your reference to 15lifeless lol. Coming from a man who spends vast amounts of life's precious time living in a country he doesn't want to be in, criticising its weather and everything about it whilst posting ad nauseam on a share bulletin board every boring detail of his life, even to the point this week of telling everyone about time spent on the toilet when not well.

I'd assumed the nice lady from LSE had informed you, as she did me in an e mail, that your account was being monitored after your offensive post about ten days ago was reposted twice in the same day after being taken down in the morning. Also, the offensive post the following day.

If you wish to discuss Powerhouse then fine. Perhaps you could define what you mean by green hydrogen, or why, after so long claiming Powerhouse technology is carbon neutral, you are now chasing the carbon capture grants. More importantly, given the company statement on hydrogen, why it's so important anyway.

Now you can post about seeing green boxes if you like. After all, it's the only thing green you are going to see here.

I think the amount of shares in circulation is unimportant, whether 6 or 6 billion, it still reflects company valuation. However, the cash burn is important and increasingly moreso now I feel.

You're spot on about timing the bottom of the curve. Each shall make their own decision on where they feel that shall be. I don't consider you a trader if you don't do it for a living, just a savvy investor if you've got out with a profit you're happy with, even if getting out at a loss because you consider further downside in a share price.

Results from tests towards the end of the year are binary for investors leading up to the much anticipated RNS I feel. There shall be no way of knowing outcome until it's released, causing either a short term spike or further collapse in share price.

Where things are improving in your mind they are worsening in mine. That's not to say I shall not risk putting money in if they retrace further during the lead up to hoped for end of year RNS.

Where there is potential for large upswings there is also the potential for collapse. As is always the case, timing is everything coupled with an open mind as to what can go wrong as well as what can go right.

If the results of the testing are truly positive with no setbacks I don't think you shall have to consider the share price too far ahead as the big players in the game shall swoop Powerhouse up.

If things go as many on here seem to think it shall the topic of conversation shall turn to who owns Powerhouse. Because I doubt very much it shall be yourself and those on here if results come in as you are certain they shall.
