Diversified, not really on ii, there was, but with the platform change it became difficult to use, and a lot of functionality was lost for non-customers.

What would a pharma pay for this?, both to have this in house for the benefits it offers and to minimise access to others, as it's got to be an advantage. I can see an easy bn of value over just a couple of years to the owners of such a capability.
Not suggesting that one could happen, but it would give a ballpark area of what this could be worth.

This appears to priced on a future where the factory needs to be producing a lot more product that we are currently producing. So people are looking to the future, each rise in sp means that the future has to be even better, and if it falls short then the price will fall, the fall will trigger more people selling and then it'll settle at something more supportable with the actual sales at that point, and grow as the sales and promise of sales grows.

I'm sure there are more, but are there enough so that it's not just a few doing the work and are there more to replace companies as they get brought out. It's a very tight geographical area. What would you think if there was a fund just for caravans and mobile homes? Or a fund that just focused on guttering manufacturers? Then you'd wonder how they would keep growing.

I think it's a stunt, avacta does well, funds go up, money inflows, charges generate income, avacta stabilises and very little further growth, but you'd have to leave at a loss if you get in after the avacta peak, so you'll stay.

Wouldn't that value change from day to day as the value of the companies in question change? I.e. ALM invested £50m in a company with a NAV of 200, later the NAV of that company is viewed as being 300, so our 50 is worth 75. Another company in the portfolio may have gone down, and meanwhile market conditions have reduced ALMs price. I'm not sure there is an answer on a per share basis that's stable or meaningful. The answer today will be different to yesterday's, driven in part by events unrelated to the company in question.

Do you think the risk is worth the risk of concentrating more funds into one stock, that's your questions to answer.

I'd like to think that ii's would compare the offer to comparators and see it as being low, however the question is what proportion of shares are owned by pi's and ii's compared to still held by avacta. It will probably be avactas choice.
