Alkemy Capital Investments PLC - critical minerals-focused investor - Appoints Richard Rose as chief operating officer of its wholly-owned subsidiary Tees Valley Lithium, with immediate effect. Rose has 20 years of experience in chemical and energy infrastructure at firms such as Johnson Matthey PLC, Alkemy Capital says. Rose calls Tees Valley Lithium an opportunity to demonstrate "the strength of British manufacturing." In parallel, the subsidiary launches an "operational excellence programme" to drive down operating and capital costs. The OEP includes commitments to meet tier-one battery grade requirements and "the highest standards of safety."

Tortilla Mexican Grill PLC - London-based fast-casual Mexican restaurant group - Confirms the appointment of new Chief Financial Officer Richard Haley, which was announced last month. Haley has held finance roles with Trainline PLC, Future PLC and Halma PLC. He is currently a director of Blue Iridium Ltd and owns 49,285 shares in Tortilla as of Thursday.
