Pershing Square Holdings Ltd - investment firm led by US financier Bill Ackman - Reports results for the cash tender offer for its 5.5% senior notes due 2022. The offer closed for acceptances on Wednesday. The company says it accepted USD359.9 million notes tendered, with USD640.1 million notes to remain outstanding after settlement date, which is Monday next week.
