ClearStar Inc - US-based background and medical screening provider - Offer for GBP15 million takeover by Hanover Bidco 1 Ltd has become unconditional in all aspects, following the acquisition of 75% of ClearStar's stock.
As a result, ClearStar has applied for the cancellation of its shares in AIM, and expects delisting to take place on November 17.
