NGPN.L Share Price (NGPN)

Hi all, I'm a bit new to these Nil Paid rights. Having not exercised my rights to buy in this rights issue I now have just over 100 NGPN shares showing in my ii account. As I am currently thinking of selling them can someone explain why there is such a massive buy/sell spread. Currently sowing as 230p Bid to 190 Ask. Also I assume there must be a cut off for when the rights can be exercised so what happens to the Nil Paids after this time?

Do they simply disappear?

Hi All. Sorry to sound stupid but what exactly is an NGPN and how does it work. I thought maybe the price say £2,00 per share is a price to reserve them say 2000 then you pay £4.65 on dealing day BUT i dont know. Any update appreciated

Has close up 26% this site to 196p.

There is confusion .

In hindsight Thursday was a the low and good opportunity.

I did have an order on for the real shares should they fall to 825p early Friday , opened 851p .

Midday Thursday the low 826.8p
