How do we find out if the BOD ended up paying any compensation or anything ?

Well thats £3k down the swanny.

I am heartily sick of entrusting my money to directors to do some good and maybe make a few quid and then getting shafted. Each of the BOD should be liable for £50k of the company debts I thought obviously this is not enough of a penalty to make them pay more attention to the forcasted cash runway which I am pretty sure their accountants could have shown them. Lets face it they have all the numbers and also a clear view on what has or hasnt been tried to work to increase revenue.

So they waltz off into the sunset after stringing everyone along for years and done get penalised... How do we find out if the boards paid a penny in fines ? does anyone know ?

I for one want something done about this BOD, they are conmen who did nothing improve the company whilst watching it sink downhill, other than take their salaries and pensions.

Are you getting your wires crossed with Ray Gibbs formerly of Haydale Graphene?

I have a strong feeling shareholders in the former Applied Graphene Materials have been thoroughly rinsed here… Repeated assurances on several channels for a long period that the company was developing its sales for all its IP protected offerings, then wham! -suddenly it is liquidating and getting bought up for a pittance.

I have lost a lot of money on this stock. What I want to know is, what’s happening to the BOD for their mismanagement (potentially chicanery), especially the seemingly incompetent & inept Mr Gibbs!?
