Further to the interim results of 9 October 2025, the Company currently has a cash runway into early 2026. CelLBxHealth has recently commenced discussions with a number of shareholders and is seeking to raise approximately £6m with the intention to make an offer to retail investors alongside an institutional placing.

The Company expects to announce the fundraise by early December and will make further updates as appropriate.

It looks like that name change has jinxed London South East. Much info missing.

Contines to baffle and astound. How on Earth can a Plc have a unique machine that is quite possibly the best in the entire World at catching live, intact, uncontaminated circulating tumour cells (CTC's)? Ones that can undergo DNA analysis because they are uncontaminated. Beggars belief. Angle deal with Illumina, Astrazeneca, Eisai, Immatics, Myriad Genetics and many other major players yet even with the "dual analysis" breakthrough and "cluster busters" discovery no major deal................ yet. The sales team there must be totally embarrassed and should be replaced!
