PROOF & EVIDENCE FROM WH IRELAND : REM Plc: From £1.5m cap to £60m14 Jun 2026 05:26
"WH Ireland: David Lenigas has followers and has ____'MADE RETURNS ___from many of his stable of co's' noted Smith."
"Certainly, in the case of Sonora & at Yangibana he has made some astute investments with the LITHIUM ASSAY RESULTS from SONORA putting the COMPANY ---------------ON THE MAP--------- & INCREASING THE MARKET CAPITALISATION of the co from________£1.5M to £60m, ___he added."
"That said , using standard market valuations on its resources and its projects using DCF [discounted cash flow] on its most advanced project in Sonora , it says it can easily SEE A =============CURRENT VALUE OF 2.8p with further upside. Shares are currently changing hands at 0.895p."

Comment: REM plc later hit an intra-day high of 2.25p with an approximately market cap of £90m All can be still CHECKED from historical share charts.
So, on the main forum, one poster said , REM plc would NEED TO HIT £5 to achieve the 5p party. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: Here is WH Ireland in 2015 RECORDING the actual SHARE PRICE OF REM PLC AND THE MTK CAP: "changing hands at 0.895p [mkt cap £60m]. So, how did the £5 come in?
In short , the 5p party would need to DOUBLE the 2.25p [£90m mkt cap]= £180m.
ONE WILL NOTE THAT BACANORA WAS TAKEN OVER BY GANFENG FOR £248M [refer to my post below of 20:08 on 13 June 2026.]
With best wishes. News, Sun, 14 June 2026.
MORAL OF THE STORY: It doesnt matter if it is Lloyds Bank, at one time a £4+ stock, so much so some banking staff [couple] bought shares all the time and it fell to 10p. Price is up to one , as to how one analyses the FAIR VALUE at the time.
Yes, this may now be history but in the TELLING of the STORY even today on 13 June 2026 on UKOG plc , even Lenigas's home details are wrong so that by spinning a negative perhaps it helps their NARRATIVES going on and on.
How do I know? I listen to all the INTERVIEWS. Just as I listen to interviews by other CEO's.
