2nd RNS released. Info at last.

And now??? Definitely not what I would classify as keeping the shareholders informed. Or maybe there aren't any 365 shareholders left?

The RNS from 26 Aug stated they have 6 months to make an acquisition or seek re-admission with fundraise. Well today is the 6 month anniversary of that rns. So should finally see news tomorrow? BTW, I sold out here ages ago at 80something so not too bothered about 365, but I do have some mxcp+ctp, hence my interest here.

In case it was missed here, Mxcp raised a little cash today by selling some RCN shares. Maybe connected, or maybe not.

This is where it stands from 27th. September. It appears a fund raise whatever positive happens. 'Following the closure of Wireless Things, the Company is now deemed to be an "AIM Rule 15 cash shell" and has six months to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules or otherwise seek readmission as an investing company with the attendant requirement to raise at least £6 million on or immediately before such readmission.' The Company continues to own the intellectual property to the 365 Agile suite of software solutions. The income from the Licence Agreement covers the Company's day-to-day costs but is unlikely to be sufficient to fund any material acquisitions.
