I share your frustration - just remember yesterday they placed the 5.5m of non-dilutitive shares and the 13D/G's need to be filed tomorrow so that they can be on record for the DoE submission on Thursday to show no FEOC. The remaining 2m will be held for liquidity against the $10m B Riley line of credit

I'm still in, hoping that a combination of the Cornerstone Consortium along with 311 Group have them in their hands - they will not be spun back on to the market. These are groups that want to have and hold. This will show a strong State and Defence alignment that will further support their DoE bid .................. and at some point, they have to call out embedding the KMK czt sensors in their refinery design!

If the 13D/G filings are made tomorrow - the short selling vultures will scatter as we will all know who holds the majority of the stock and what they paid for them.

A little over a month later and a little risky punt would have made quite a bit of money. Looking at the share trades, this looks like a classic pump and dump with slightly different round number buy orders on a regular basis, so I've bailed out at quite a bit lower than what it is now trading at, as I don't trust that I won't be left holding the baby, if I try to be greedy. However I have a stop limit order for when it comes down again to what I perceive as value, rather than speculation.

Well what can you say, this is a complete punt, likely to bleed you dry, Stardust Power Inc. is a development stage manufacturer and refiner of battery-grade lithium products designed to supply the electric vehicle industry. Has a whole 8 employees. I've taken a small punt.
