These large data centres roughly consume as much energy and water,80k 🏠 equivalent. Plus millions of litre of 💦 per day for cooling towers. The build out will put much more demands on energy,as 100 data centres is about 100 cities of more energy around the world. UK isn't ready for the uptick in demand coming from data centres. Just my thoughts on future energy demands. Think the project isn't getting enough PR, and Institutional investors need to be presented the project to buy in... Management will need to present the project to Institutions for sticky 💰 to invest. A higher mcap, and then they will get noticed £50-100mcap ....

The next catalysts will be a long list of things as we enter into a very news rich period.

News should include:

- DCO process through planning and environmental (much streamlined due to our Section 35 “project of national significance” designation)

- Further tier one partnerships

- Offtake agreements for gas, gas storage, hydrogen, Graphite and Ammonia

- OFGEM LDES Cap and Floor selection

- Green funds and grants

- Institutional DEVEX and CAPEX funding

- Potential government funding via DESNZ, GB Energy and National Wealth Fund.

- Multiple buildout milestones and multiple FID’s

Also given the potential and the small MCAP… A Buyout

He spends his days meeting with Number Ten and high ranking officials at DESNZ, Department of Business and Trade and OFGEM. He also negotiates with multi billion pound industry majors like Siemens Energy, Wood, KBR and Costain… all to progress the FEED activities of MESH, which is expected to be the UK’s largest energy storage hub, potentially generating billions of pounds per annum (see NPV8 numbers on the recent investor presentation), all at a time of unprecedented demand for the project’s homegrown long duration energy storage and domestically produced graphite and ammonia.

Presumable he then looks at the trading activity for the day and sees idle selling and someone buying 24p’s worth of shares to close out Fridays session… he then checks LSE and sees his company is currently valued at a mere £20m MCAP.

At what point will AIM retail realise the value disconnect here? Before or after DEVEX/CAPEX funding and institutional investment arrives?
