Decent directors ? Grant Rennick from Caracal gold - that went well. Didn't Caracal have some contact with Tyacks gold too (Mr Scott). As for JMK - I have heard that name before - from some failed company I think, just cannot remember it. Doesn't inspire confidence sadly.
