LTHers have been some very painful years so it isn't too much longer to wait IMHO

A vote for every share. That's why if a lot of the 35% vote against resolutions, as it did before, it is more of a protest vote than a vote that will achieve much but it does send a message IMHO

It will be interesting how the votes go this time around. I feel the board and Matt need a warning shot to keep them in check and make them understand it’s the shareholders who have the power.

If your happy with the present share price, way of working and the individuals on the Board then you vote for them.

If your not then you vote against one or several.

For me it needs change and fresh ideas : The Iain Mac debacle and massive dent to the share price. £30 Million shares doled out for non share price related KPI's. So much not being done that could be, Non-existent IR Department. No whales. £50 Mill spent to retain customers then a rebrand done which in part loses them (Nutrition revenue down 9%)...
