>unaffordable stick used to beat VOD with has been removed
Eps 4.45c, proposed reduced div 4.5c, accumulated losses up (where all those divs paid are booked) assets attributable to shareholders down.
The VOD smoke screen in full swing today. Takes a few days for the large investors to absorb.
These Vodafone directors know a thing or two about when or when not to buy, Mr Mucic is already up almost £70K on his share purchase of 15 March.
I suspect that the SP here will rise a great deal when Elon Musk or the Americans come in with a bid for the whole of this company ... & back in the room!!!
When will the first 2m buyback commence?
Some people taking their profit already, tut tut.:)))))))
Hi aspers - where is the low 60s????
what did I miss
Https://www.tradingview.com/symbols/LSE-VOD/technicals/
Looking Extremely STRONG
I want this to rise to £1 for two reason, nice profit for me after BE at 88p (although due to divs over the years i prob have broken even) and to get rid of GS on this forum.
75p close today is possible.:))))))
Nice...up 3.5% and some...this share has been out of favour for the last couple of years as has BT....they are both due a huge rebound as are Airtel Africa.....goodbye 70p
By the end of the year and in to next year the vodafone sp will have doubled in my honest opinion.;)))))))
Probably the short position closing off or reducing.
Extremely positive RNS and Great Dividend
Did anybody take a photo when it went up over 3.5% - you had to be quick seems to be dropping right back down again as previous years
News coverage seems pretty positive which is a bonus!
Rogi- sorry haven’t had time to read the war and peace announcement
."The company further announced plans to allocate €4 billion from the proceeds to share buybacks in FY25."

Germany mulling scrapping spectrum auction … huge saving for telcos
If it falls I will add - the divi unaffordable stick used to beat VOD with has been removed, promising signs re Africa and Germany - negatives already priced in imo - lets see
gla dyor etc
Significant reduction in net debt, by far the lowest of all the telcos.
This share is the pits…….I expect back to the low 60’s today. The only thing keeping folk interested is the dividend
It's likely to bounce up %5 on the open, where it'll finish I have no idea. Hopefully over 75.
Divi cut was already PRICED-IN. Ok please get that.
B2B growing at well over 5%, cost cutting measures still in place - perhaps that will help Germany margins later in the year? Overall it's pretty good reading with share buy-backs coming soon.
its her comments that **** this share every time -"much more still needs to be done in the year ahead," she said. "we will step-up investment in our customer experience, improve our underlying performance in germany and accelerate our momentum in business, whilst also continuing to simplify our operations."
They look more or less what was expected but some big negatives there due to changing the business but nice to see Divi still at 4.5, I still wouldn't be surprised to see a drop in SP we all know what the city is like.
If it drops to 66-68p I will top up.
Dixie, I don't think you understand how Vodafone has changed. If you did, you would understand the divi change
