Very nice guttersnipe. Make sure you have enough money in the account to pay the dividend which you now owe.
Not doing so well now are you.
Well i don't like to talk money on here but I'm hoping to win big enough to buy a 2010 Ford Transit
"Luckily i acted yesterday so am already doing quite well."
How much did you go short Guttersnipe?
So far today 11m shares sold and 18m shares brought, but share price still heading south 😂
certainly grim for all holders. let's hope the merger with 3 gets announced tomorrow to reverse this carnage. what's the point of a divi if you lose multiples of it through a collapsing sp? lot's of punters have been mugged off buying this ****, me included!
Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away.
Nevertheless verify your email address is not a Russian thing else is you feeling comfortable numb.
But eventually Vodafone will come good or it won't, I'm thinking it won't so have decided to go short.
Luckily i acted yesterday so am already doing quite well.
Also with this weather it makes sense with the African ventilation system and notify the British government without prejudice.
Anyways, good luck tomorrow or Monday. RNS at anytime
^-^
Does seem that way
Vod only knows one direction overall
This is not looking good with the huge debt. I will pick up a few next month at 50p
Do anybody have an insight to what extent this will reduce Vod's debt level?
'Ha, maybe amazon will buy a network.'
Hi, my name is Jeff Bidet of Amazing.com. Anyone know where I can buy a really cheap 5G network so I can sell really cheap mobile services? I am a cash buyer and wont consider taking on any debt. I just want to aggregate really low quality customers who have credit history problems and have a high risk of their debt going bad. There is a market opportunity in this segment as these consumers are currently spread across all the licensed operator networks on welfare tariffs. Thks in advance, J Bidet
'Mr market clearly doesn't think so..'
Last week mr mkt was worrying about amazon offering a mobile service yet amazon doesnt have a network?
Ha, maybe amazon will buy a network.
He's gonna go nuts in a minute 🤣ðŸ˜
Howsaboutthatthen. now then, now then. "It's x divi day, you divies" I like it.
So it's not excluding people with special needs from the workforce?
uk media are scum and can't be ****d getting the facts right, it's not down, it's x divi you divies
Not just here, see UK FTSE updates in online press about it being down, with vodafone a drag due to bad reception of the merger leak yesterday, at least 3 articles and not one mention it went ex-div today
It is quite clear many on here don't understand ex divi. If the sp falls by the divi, about 3.8p, then that is the same as ending up level.
How does the market not? The share has gone ex-div at a div rate of approx 5% and we are down roughly that level, thats all this drop is. Not some wider view of the potential merger news
.
Mr market clearly doesn't think so..
Mesh, yes think so.
Hutch will be busy influencing all their other interests in UK PLC too, and both VOD/3 in EU with BEREC.
Last I looked, OFCOM is still a BEREC/ EU institution subscribing to WTO trade rules etc, so the merger going ahead is likely the end of the beginning ie paying back stakeholders against an agreed regulatory glidepath underpinned by an agreed common definition of cost that they all operators navigate toward.
Yes, me too!
Luckily i live out in the country near one of Vodacom park and ride.
Often tempted to buy tech for the civ nats.
Big technical overview in this Vodafone stock is still available and if the price is right might go for it.
Nevertheless, verify that the political class is on board or something falling in a phone call from the gutter sidelines.
Nah, I would not short this at this price. The potential for upside is much higher than the downside.
I do not see any potential scenario where by VOD is in danger of collapse or "terminal".
By the way Porsche, the word loses its meaning if you use it too often, in your case, in every single post.
If you think this is the last dividend, that's your opinion, however unlikely it is.
