Article says it could be implemented as soon as September
But won't help us at the moment with fees
They can't as the FSA timelines are completely inflexible and they can't afford a breach by just stopping work because they have filed a case.

"There are more loan sharks than ever under investigation, according to the agency Stop Loan Sharks Wales"
Gosh I wonder why? Maybe if you regulate the legit industry out of business then the sharks start circling.
Will there be any connections made between the FCA overregulation and increase in loan sharks? Expecting a bit too much common sense from leftie journos who would rather not admit that high interest lending is both moral and a tool for good.
I'd like to think that they had put all further processing from this claim outfit on hold until the matter was resolved.
Don't hold your breath. They didn't get anything worthwhile the last time they were up against them for misleading advertising and the firm was only asked to take more care, no injunction. This case was filed a month ago so hopefully won't have to wait too long for an outcome. Unfortunately I can't source the filing. UK is hopeless as most other countries there is public access to filings real time, so you have a better idea of the arguments.
A different case ruling back in 2014 re meritless claims- Parallels thought. At least VANQ have rightly followed up on their litigation.

Royal Courts of Justice
Judicial warnings have been ignored
Solicitors who bring “meritless” immigration judicial reviews could be referred to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) even on the first occasion, a High Court judge has warned.
The warning comes as the SRA carries out a major research project into the quality of immigration advice given to asylum seekers.
Sitting in the Asylum and Immigration Chamber of the Upper Tribunal, Mr Justice Green said: “It is improper for any practitioner to advance arguments which they know to be false or which they know, or should know, are inconsistent with their own evidence, including medical or other expert evidence.
Downtrend looks exhausted. I expect shorts might be looking to close positions before interim statement.
Hopefully it will at least stop the scam against us.
I was ready for (and starting to expect) a further drop to retest the lows, so whatever the reason, a pleasant surprise to see this one on the move a bit on Friday afternoon.
I had hoped that we would have seen mid-50's again before now. Fingers crossed it happens next week.
Good weekend all.
I imagine it will be some kind of shell company and it will be rather hard to get any money back if indeed they are found to be guilty.
About time - should cease and desist at last

Weak US jobs figures could mean possible rate cuts coming. All FTSE stocks spiked massively.
Any particular reason for this sudden spike? Or is it another false alarm.. hope not. GLA>
Expecting this to peak well past the 56 it reached on last spike
GL all. Buying the dips.
Moniman .. What’s the point of regurgitating results from a month ago most on this site know exactly the situation… your just late coming to the party..
Moniman you still at it putting this share down. Please get a life you sad little man and let people deal with there purchases it hard enough on here than having a silly argumentative attitude man who thinks he knows everything.
I think this will hit 40p before it hits 60p. The bad vibes regards loans and losses doesn't give confidence. JMO Adyor
Moniman read my post from 12:17
So what's the good news, the results were a car crash imo, what's in the mix to push these any higher? JMO
Moniman Your point is ?? This is old news
I don't think so. I think the revenue has risen is encuoraging and hopefully they can address the cost by reducing the number of staff as they started already. The only problem is cost of complaints and impairments. If these can be reduced than we should be looking at quite a healthy profit in next years full results.
just my opinion
Not good reading at all, the chart looks frightening at these levels, do you think a discounted cash call on the cards to bolster reserves? JMO Adyor!!!
