No risk for the board is there on their fixed salaries...
'The future remains bright...'
"Hello Christine. Please note the 2023 AGM when the share price was 32p. Notably 24p is part of investor's portfolios today. Union Jack are not obligated to report everything including the dividend hence volume is low today. We wait... ' 😀
Yes it was good to hear mention of need to recognise the risk taken by shareholder invested money.
I hope a decent dividend yield is coming when I look at the interest lost here over last couple of years or so an the disappointing share price.
Reabold seriously need to RNS funding asap to drill West Newton this year.
That tweet you so kindly posted Heid, maybe another evening geology class needed?
"Hello Mark. Please note the date of that reading. It is part of the initial reporting. Reach are obligated to report everything including test volumes' 😀
And in sure the gas will too
Just about a week to wait now. particularly like the bit about updates on other projects, and sense a decent dividend yield is incoming.
I am perplexed here as Zac's presentation had mentions of 150 BOPD I seem to recall for drills in the area ?!
Commercial means that the oil will make a profit for all involved.
Major success for me is the speed that this has been drilled with no opposition from the likes of local councils.
That is true but the share price is not reacting like this is a 'major' oil find.
Yesterday's presentation by Zac was not transparent in many areas an pretty bad timing in terms of the annual report due out etc etc
Good morning. As expected, your usual negative spin. Heid, as a newly inaugurated geologist, you should know thatnthe 20 bopd you refer to was recorded during drilling as every piece of data has to be submitted. Pboo, this has been described as a major success by David Bramhill and 'hugely successful; by Zac Philips yesterday. So both suck on that x
I wonder how many of those wells stopped drilling 1000 feet early
Mark @Me32063
1h
#UJO Andrews well details reported by Oklahoma. 20 bopd.

CT5
Reach's average production from 7 wells in that area average 33bopd
Mid tier ?!
Bit like the share price sat at 24p
Year low 14p - last year's AGM 32p - mid way
Maybe Zac is 'perplexed' why the buys are not rolling in with these big tanks
On X this morning of the tanks being installed at the Andrews1 well. They certainly don't look like they are there to take 20 bopd 😂. So looking forward to hearing what the actual oil flow rates are how much gas is being produced. Well done Union Jack 💪
GP, never mind that aim divis don't reach 10%. Don't we aspire to more than an average aim oiler?
Zac Phillips nailed it today when he said the board were 'perplexed' about dividends meaning... completely baffled; very puzzled. Like you pointed out consolidation price 32p actual price approx 24p
Are the board really being strategic enough regarding attracting new investors ?! Hmmmm.
Proof in the pudding, consolidation price 32p actual price approx 24p, well done board you have exceeded expectations.
Lovely post Herbert, thank you. You are right, the board of Union Jack DO deserve respect, not the abuse, harassment and personal insults that Heid in the main inflicts on them. Unlike her who proclaims to be a geologist now, Graham Bull has decades of experience and hardly needs a youtube student telling him how to read a core result. As with David, half a century in the oil business being told how to run Union Jack as if he was just out of college. David is shrewd, he is sensible, he is endeavouring to create a success out of what is one of the most difficult sectors, made even more difficult in the past few years. It is a testament to his experience and dedication that the company is profitable, debt free and moving forward in ways most little oilers could only dream of. This venture into the US is a strategic move that has very likely saved the company from being eaten up by the energy profits levy, Net Zero and the total disdain shown by this government and certainly the next if it is Labour.
I would like to express my appreciation for anyone that votes in my polls.
I am pretty chuffed that 30 of you take the time to engage an some of my results are great to see what you all think an not just the work of some of these paid PR men that you can spot a mile off.
If I do annoy you though then is is simple to filter me. Your call.
Good job Zac, you did very well today but not so sure you pulled in the punters.
Anyone can steer the ship, but it takes a leader to chart the course
24p is not good enough.
Heid, ANY view but yours is "blinkered" and your polls attract the same 30 people every time so the outcome will in general, be the same. How they are important you anyone even you amazes me. Everyone on here in general would prefer the company to invest in building the assets and revenues, ensuring better dividends can be made on a regular basis as soon as the company is stable with a solid income that wouldn't be affected in any way with well downtime. You are not, imo, going to get anywhere near your 0.06p demand, you will be lucky to get more than .02. If that upsets you then great, you are doing uour best every day to pi55 off every genuine shareholder, probably including your 'shareholder family' if the truth be known. David is steering this ship in the right direction and there aren't any icebergs in the way as far as I can see.
My polls are important to me when I have something to get out an there an see other people's thoughts.
I am not just like your generic Malcy or ShareTalk...I like to give my honest views here whether some like it or not an not just regurge an RNS.
You put Biscathorpe on your list, that will never be drilled now
You said "Hopefully !!!!!! WN might get drilled and commercial one day, but with the stupid taxation, then why rush.'
Sorry, but this is a really blinkered view with the value of the gas at West Newton an David can claim lots of tax back on that project too
Looking forward to the annual report next to see some of the detail.
I think David will look a right stingy old man if it is 0.20p
It is clear that the share price is 'slowly' rising an as I said earlier I do not think Zac gave it enough to attract new investors yet.
It is all well an good drilling wells for months an months but share holders want returns too, not just the board who are guaranteed their salaries.
Why buybacks are no where to be seen is equally a mystery when David could have done very well from 14p an up.
Hey ho...put me on the board.
