I’d say whoever is selling these is not a very clever investor.
TRX seems to be moving in the right direction now. Revenue growing and turning into profit. Hopefully that revenue will continue to increase and in turn the profit for years to come. For some reason investors just don’t seem to buy the stockat the moment. The company certainly needs to gain more exposure to investors through the brokers and by issuing good results. The volume of trades is simply shocking, but I do feel and hop that true value will come through.
As Warren Buffet would say, It's far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price than a fair company at a wonderful price.
Good luck all.
On the move and about time.
Agree with everything you say.
If the underlying business is strong and growing but markets poor eventually markets will improve and those growth shares that have been held back with make up for lost time and more
Has to be right that TRX are a take-over possibility although not something I would want to see

No real response to the excellent trading update but that seems to be the norm at the moment with most AIM listed companies.
As long term holders we have to pick the best investments and TRX certainly qualifies.
The problem is that AIM only seems to reflect true value for the larger companies that list here, usually when they are large enough to move to the main market.
My guess is that TRX will eventually be a takeover target and that will give us all a decent return.
Have set the alarm clock for the 5th September zzzzzzzz
Wait until all the regulatory approvals have been achieved for all the disclosed partners and they start producing revenue. I suspect that will be H1 2024. Just bought 7 more shares 😂
I take a lot of comfort and confidence from this update. I had one nagging doubt, which was H2 22 sales growth v H1 22, but this update shows not only 19% growth v H1 22, but 11% v H2 22. So very confident now that they will hit the full year 23 expectations and every reason to believe that the future is very bright. The share price reaction remains, so far, disappointing.
Sales as expected (which is very good progress), I like the use of 'core' revenue, gives me hope that my expectations of first revenue from OrthopureXT this year will be realised.
Share price wise, now trading at 1.5x P/S, which is very very cheap compared to peers and industry medain of 9x P/S. It is now at a 25% discount to TRX average of 2x P/S, wow!
"Trading in the first half of 2023 was strong and in line with the Board's expectations. Group revenues for the Period are expected to be approximately $14.1 million, representing a 19% increase from the prior year and setting a record high for the Group. Furthermore, this performance marks the sixth consecutive reporting period of growth for the Group. As a result, the Board remains confident that the Group is on track to meet its expectations for the full year."
Back in the black ... What's not to like?

Yes this company is definitely heading in the right direction - significant percentage growth again and the new distribution agreements when requisite regulatory approvals are granted will see growth take-off. All about competent directors - great company
Boy do I love it when I see Alice pop up in my emails.never bad news ! 6th consecutive period of positive results double digit increase . And remaining profitable after EBITDA . Actual results due sep the 5th cant wait .
At the moment I think the value of the company is being dictated more by the current state of the market than anything else. The market is giving nothing the benefit of the doubt at the moment and recently profitable companies such as this one are being treated with suspicion. Until market sentiment improves TRX, and a lot of other companies, will be held back. Just my thoughts. But in the long term, this company is being steadily and professionally built upwards and the Mcap will eventually take care of itself if that continues.
What is a realistic market cap of this company? It seems quite low based on paste revenue (not prospective revenue), solid management etc. struggling to find anything negative. #patience is a virtue!!!
You've got a good point there kebark. At least now TRX is ticking all the logical boxes. Quietly, efficiently, building a solid company.
Excellent news on what is a slow day..... Off on holidays so it can do what it likes
TBH seemed like a no-brainer that the product is ideal for NHS waiting lists years ago, shocked it's taken this bloody long...
Given the large waiting lists faced by the NHS this seems like a no-brainer money maker! Can’t wait for the next set of results to come through!
Tissue Regenix (AIM: TRX), the regenerative medical device company, announces that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Joint Operations Ltd ('Joint Operations'), a leading distribution business in the UK supplying numerous products to treat joint injuries and help to preserve the joints of the body, for the distribution of the Tissue Regenix OrthoPure® XT product in the United Kingdom.
Good news well done team. LH&K Mafuta
Yes indeed it is but last year they gave a trading updated in July along with a date for the release of results. So I am hoping for something in two to three weeks.
Been very difficult to see all the promise of what this company is doing, solid management etc, some significant holdings taken by institutions but then see the SP decline and stagnate. If there is a trading update hopefully it will dispel there being any issues in the back ground.
Izstar - is the trading update due in September?
I know we don't hold shares for entertainment, but this SP is stagnant to the point of being boring. Everytime I go into the black it's only for a short while.
I still intend to hold long term, but my patience is certainly being tested, especially after all the positive news we've had this year
I know you see 12 trades and then check their worth - no more then a couple hundred quid in total - bit of a joke at the moment the lack of interest in this share and, as you say, no sense to SP movement - I guess MMS trying to drive some action - all depends on imminent trading update
How has this sp moved at all today with those trades? Total nonsense if you ask me.
Is my trade and a purchase as must the others be
Very quiet here - hope company continuing to deliver on their business plan. Professionally run and in my view a winner of a company - holding for the long term
Thanks for posting Chilting, a very interesting read. These certainly look pretty aggressive, so I'm quite pleased that they only appear to be going for companies whose patents are coming to an end. I'm not sure they'll be interested in TRX just yet, but I'm willing to bet we're on at least one company's radar.
