How many times have we heard this?
Hey Rusty,
I'd give my left nut to reach 13 GBP per common share.
I've not been able to get on this site for days, it keeps giving me error messages.
Regardless, I'll watching with bells on when we announce at 23:00hr my time this Monday, or 07:00hr your time on Tuesday.
Best of luck to all longs, we're due.
Doggy,
A 'Hit Piece' indeed!
I note that Edelman said against Blinx: ' Why are so many of Blinkx’s metrics out of line with competitors? '. The self same comments are being made now by Spruce Capital against Perion and I suspect that the allegations of fraudulent inflation of revenue will not subside overnight.

I wish.
Originally called Lucky Goldstar (LG) have had more reincarnations than the vicar preached about.
They have also been fined for endless nefarious activities for donkey's years.
They seem to keep on thriving!
Highest volume for months.
Sp has been going up since they released the 100 page chapter and verse from LG.
It was pretty damning stuff for LG and perhaps some funds have taken counsel and come up with the same view we did.
LG reputation and shady business practice will be on show for all to see if this goes to court.
I also think we could go after Nielson as they folded under pressure from LG, so they may bring pressure to bear on LG to settle.
Worldquant closed 0.01 of their long term short yesterday.
There's a hit piece out on Perion today by Spruce Capital. I spent three hours going over it.
Am I concerned? Yes.
Is it valid?
Time will tell.
blinx owners know all too well what a hit piece can do to a stock.
It’s done this the last couple of quarters but dropped back badly following the results. I really hope this time for some decent news to get the price moving again in earnest. Our peers seemed to have had good results, fingers crossed the amobee purchase and the other partnerships will be coming on stream now. Also there might be some positive news with the Alphonso court case.
As ever, living in Hope. Good luck to everyone.
One week to go to before first 1/4 results, that must explain the daily movements?
Not sure really.
The Witch is toxic, so I suppose the last option works best.

Boston has a large Irish American population (ever hear the name Kennedy?). So does NYC.
Do not judge the USA by the East Coast (which is a total sheeet hole toilet). I am talking about a large segment of the US population. Of course, in a country with over 300 million people (ca
330 million), there's going to be a diversity of opinion. But those of us with British roots appreciate from where we came.
You can't make this up: About an hour or so ago I was listening to the end of a one-hour news program. The anchor exclaimed 'I can't believe we went an hour without talking about Harry and the Witch'. He then went on to talk about them, saying NOBODY is buying their rubbish story about a 2-hour chase in Manhattan...'it's not possible, it didn't happen, and nobody believes Harry and the Witch's story'. The anchor was based in NYC.
Yes and no, doggy.
I recall my parents from the UK visiting Boston in the times of the IRA.
They were shocked to see money-box British coffins in American bars there.
People were donating money in these coffin-money-boxes to arm the IRA.
In the present day the belligerent Northern Irish faction still refuse to go back to the parliament in Stormont.
The Americans are saying 'start up talks again or we won't give you (the British) funding' worth ?billions?
The American gov't was instrumental in sealing the 'Good Friday' agreement.
Former US presidents have claimed family ties with the Irish.
This Irish animosity goes all the way back to the British landlords in S. Ireland, the potato famine and aristocracy.
Not sure how this squares with the American love of 'the British'.
Ticky,
Maybe we are dumb, because the fact is Americans as a whole absolutely LOVE the British. We feel a kindred spirit with our cousins, for better or worse.
We spent years and shed blood to get away from the British Monarchy, now we're so fascinated by it our press won't shut the eph up about it.
Harry and the witch are in our news every ephing day...you can't escape them.
Baldy has a great idea....perhaps...well, maybe not. The Witch would go a long way to getting attention to TRMR if she'd sign a deal with them. But I have a feeling it would backfire, because she is perceived here in a very negative light. We used to love Harry before she ensnarled him in her devious web; he was the one Royal who would let his hair down and have a lot of fun in a "healthy way" (unlike Andrew). Harry's Las Vegas hotel room pics come to mind...dude was after the strange, which all red-blooded American males appreciate. Harry was fun. Now he's a nauseating whiner.
Perhaps TRMR should hire Meghan Markle as an PR consultant.....she certainly has a knack for getting attention.
Doggy,
I like your crazy humour.
You are certainly not ignorant, quite articulate in my opinion and when I likened you to Kevin Kline
it was because we quite like being 'hated' by Americans, whilst portraying them as dumb at times.
I think Harry and his 'witch' grind everyone's gears!
Good grief these people are utter morons (and before you criticize me as an ignorant Anglophobe, Tricky, my family emigrated from England a couple hundred years ago, through Canada, into the USA.) Also, the only reason I am posting this rubbish is because they're all over our news.
Here's the reply from one of the fools taking pictures of the two morons when the morons demanded copies of the photos:
“In America, as I’m sure you know, property belongs to the owner of it: Third parties cannot just demand it be given to them, as perhaps Kings can do.
“Perhaps you should sit down with your client and advise them that his English rules of royal prerogative to demand that the citizenry hand over their property to the Crown were rejected by this country long ago. We stand by our founding fathers.”
This cracks me the eph up. Little Harry's grown a 'gina. Tricky was correct in saying 'he needs to grow a set'...and toss that witch into the trash bin where she belongs.
Hahahahaha...you can't make this up...how timely:
Sir Edward Young holds the distinction of serving two monarchs, Queen Elizabeth II and King Charles III, during his tenure as Private Secretary to the Sovereign. The high-ranking position in the royal household comes with enormous responsibilities and privileges, such as acting as a liaison between the monarch and parliament and traveling with the king or queen.
Edward came to the role in 2017 and stayed on along with Sir Clive Alderton after the death of Elizabeth II in 2022 to guide Charles III in his early reign. However, the courtier quit his position after hearing criticism from Prince Harry in his tell-all book, Spare.
A source commenting on the Duke of Sussex's disdain for Edward claimed the secretary refused to find a suitable role for his wife, Meghan Markle, after she became a duchess in 2018. Long before his battle for police protection in court, the Duke blamed the confidante of the Sovereign for aiding in the stripping of the couple's security detail funded by British taxpayers, which also extends to Archie and Lilibet. The reality is that both were destined to lose the protection once they ceased being senior, working members of the royal family.
Tricky,
I had to look it up. I actually thought the opportunistic witch was born in Canada...they can have her. But then again, Los Angeles is a toilet, so they can keep her.
MM is one of your lot, doggy! Born and bred in Los Angeles.
Harry needs to grow a pair and 'Spare' us all.
BTW: The below re-posted headline was taken from one of your papers:

We cannot stand those two. All they do is complain about their horrible lot in life. Talk about tone-deaf.
You guys, please take him back...PLEASE...
You can have the pig he married as a bonus. Or send her back to Canada, or wherever the eph she's from. Just get them out of here...PLEASE...

Perhaps Suella could start training them.
Seriously, I think it isn't a 'supply & demand' issue with train drivers. It is a closed shop. They are heavily unionised...and they know when they strike they will get what they demand. So simply training more drivers wouldn't break the power of the union....unless you could prevent newly qualified drivers from joining the union.

DfLynch, perhaps we should extradite anyone with the name Lynch....just to be sure!
