My request was also 'credited' .... but NOT £ebited! 1. non Crest final application date - 8th Jan. 2. accounts checked to find the number of 18p share 'entitlement's' declined. 3. if necessary, redistribution policy. 4. client debiting/refunding. IMHO.
Glad got my request today....plenty of upside from this level.....GLA.
UK buses to use F1 technology after Torotrak buys Flybrid - http://tinyurl.com/q4lr7vw
Tiddler to watch Torotrak, a supplier of fuel and emissions technology, said that it was in advanced talks with Flybird, the hybrid emissions specialist, to buy the remaining 80% that it does not own in a deal that would bring materially improved commercial opportunities. Shares that are popular among retail investors fell 2.5p to 21p.

really
seems that fools rally fairly predictable (but who knows..perhaps not this time lol)
"The last twelve months have been a period of great change " ...and next year lol?
Pretty much back to a month ago with sub £50 million market capitalisation.
Does anyone think Polar Capitals purchases account for the steady rise since 21/8/13 the price had drifted for a long time previously. I for one still have a small holding, but most PI's seem to have gone
Maybe, but there is an individual/ group with very strong and disproportionate [boring] interest in electric vehicles, why he/ they persist in expounding such views, on a TRK board is a mystery, apart that is from the 'brag' element, as one may own such a vehicle! Perhaps he/ she will read this and explain!!!
very good analsis ref above on iii.co.uk message board
... Watt's in a Name? No, not a typo. A good name is a Powerful tool of communication. Ask 100 people what 'TOROTRAK' means, answer, 'dunno', a few Iberian holidaymakers adding 2+2, might suggest, 'Spanish Bulldozer', or 'Bull Ring Builder', and that' applies to other techno' titles, and were the words to be explained, would any be the wiser? Also, who in their right mind would launch a company on the Stock Market, whose name included reference to a 'Bull'. A 'Bear' - Yes. My name choice and/or company logo? The technology 'ticks' all the necessary boxes; increased power from large and small engines[possible lower road tax demand's], lower CO2 emission's, greater fuel economy[using less of our current finite fuel resource], efficient stop start momentum, all achieved by easily and less expensive add-on parts. My thought ... 'GREEN ENERGY TRANSMISSIONS IN TRANSPORT' .... Anagram 'GET IT' All just IMHO of course. Well that's my 'set of skittles', what's yours?
Bare with me, well it is summer ....... most of us eat bread, most of us know the brand HOVIS. Still here? OK. how many of us buy HOVIS bread regularly - because? Everyone knows what it tastes like, once in a while is ... too much? ... 'Our' company' have been around for over 13 years - several lifetimes in motoring terms - and as has been suggested frequently here, "seems to be going nowhere". What I am thinking is, that precisely reflect's the motor industry's view! The Company always has something to offer, that figuratively 'doesn't get off the drawing board', and is quietly 'cupboarded'. Past management accounts for much of the situation, but even the new brooms seems to be losing their bristles. The curious thing is, 'the company' now appear to be advancing by 'piggy backing' it's growing partners/ subsidiaries!! I ask, is this an opportune moment to lose our 'HOVIS' like persona? A time for a pseudo 'reverse takeover', or where a new company name reflect's its growing persona? There is never a right moment for such a change, but just perhaps the upcoming 'final takeover payment' ........ is it? NB just so long as it doesn't involve share consolidation ... Brrrrh
not sure why people bother following this stock, its going no where, i no Michael walters occasionally follows it but I think he's giving up
Polar Capital Forager Fund added 750.000 shares on 19 July to take their holding in TRK to above 3%.
Ordinary buy of this volume should underpin the sp at 27p?
Any one know anything about the following? I'm not sure what this £53m is or what it can be used for At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 26 July 2012, a special resolution was passed approving the cancellation of an amount standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account, subject to the approval of the Court. Pursuant to the approval obtained from shareholders, in order for the cancellation to take effect the required court approvals had to be obtained and registered prior to the Company's next AGM (scheduled for 25 July 2013). The Company is pleased to announce that, following the approval of the Court and the subsequent registration of the Court order with the Registrar of Companies, the cancellation has now become effective and GBP53,725,966, previously held in the share premium account, has been transferred to the Company's special reserve account.
Appointment of Finance Director and Non-exec director looks like a positive move for the medium-term.
Think you missed the 2.439 million on the 21st June. There might be something afoot after all.
Delayed listing from 24 June; 1/4 million sold @ 26p !
purchase of one million shares by negotiated trade this afternoon..possibly US?PRICE was 28.25 p
John Hilton of Flybrid at Auto Expo,Stuttgart was very positive on a number of fronts;the positive impact in terms of an increase in available funding due to Torotrak link-up;this link does not affect their non-CVT clutch based gearbox(which is used for lower cost end and has lower parasitic losses although it looses out in conversion efficiency depending on application). Also the stand at the Expo was a reasonable size.......my view is that,if Torotrak take up the option to purchase the rest of Flybrid then this will be a much more balanced business and look a more attractive proposition to invest in
chart suggests ,if 27p level broken, then next stop is 24p giving a market cap. of £43 million
