Another 2.15m shares to SAG. Hoovering them up slowly but surely.
6.5p. Again today?
Lavelas - spot on.
A lot of these "major shareholders" hold on behalf of individuals.
iii is a prime example
Maybe the final beneficiary is not Octopus and they did not receive permission to flog them.
I was looking at the RNSs in relation to Octopus Investments. On the 10 August Octopus issued an RNS disclosing that it owned circa 28m shares. Then on the 25 August it issued another RNS giving its holding at just short of 9m shares. Why did SAG not buy all of Octopus' shares which would have meant they would have been closer to the 30% to needed to make a takeover offer.
If (when) they reach 30%, they must make an offer which cannot be less than the highest price paid (by them) over the previous 12 months. So, if the likely outcome is an offer of 6.5p, why are people still selling below that price?
As of 17.47 SG = 22.3%

Hi Stokey12
My 5million was based on your 19:16 post
Do we have an up-to-date TR1 from SAG?
Cheers R
About 5 million more shares would take them over 30%.
Can't imagine SAG haven't sorted finances, 'duck's in a row' & all that stuff
I have to say my hoped for 3rd party is playing it cool!!
It looks like SAG made some purchases around the 14.45 mark picking up circa 3m shares. RNS in the morning to update on their current holding which should be around the 23% mark now.
So far SAG have only made a ‘possible offer’ Radius at 30% yes they have to make an offer of a minimum of 6.5p until they make an official order or final offer we do not know the floor and they haven’t reached 30% yet to me it looks like they will need funds from some source before they reach that.
Interesting times GLA OT
Radius ref my 19.05 post that should have read according to the last RNS they have 29.32% of the shares.
Radius ref 19.05 post According to the last post they have 22.9% of the shares.
Yes Ot, but SAG must have or nearly have 30% & once that's breached don't they have to offer 6.5p to all holder's?
Radius it is simple supply and demand ….once the supply runs out the demand warrants a premium
GLA
Don't understand why pi's are selling at 5.9/6p, in a day or so you'll be guaranteed 6.5p.
If you hold 500k or more and your broker permits it - you can do a direct broker to broker sale with Stifel at 6.5p
Cannacord holds the key to all of this. They own 11.71% of TPG and 15.7% of SAG. There is no doubt that they will have been consulted by both parties prior to this takeover attempt and their 11.71% could swing it in SAGs favour. Cannacord will also know TPGs current figures. Whether they should or not is a futile argument. After all, this is the Stock Market and AIM in particular.
Whatever the outcome there are interesting days ahead. GLA
It's all over now. Only sales now. Don't think they are not paying enough, just think we paid too much. Gla
dont think so, just a chunk above market size traded at 6.5p
Just jumped to 6.5, something going on?
Disagree. Reading from the 2020 Annual report. P Cartmell earned 428k and D Stroud 256k in total compensation in 2020, both are the executive directors of TPG. The group did not make any profit for the past 5 years ( a very tiny one in 2018) with negative return on equity and capital. Paid zero dividends and I dont care that they may possibly have a good quarter or half year now. It could all go downhill again in the next quarter. I do not believe they gave up or reduced their pays during the covid period to support the business and shareholders have not seen share price appreciation.
This is entirely frustrating that shares are being given up so easily and no doubt with back hand deals in the background. Question can TPG apply to AIM for suspension of trading? We are being taken over for a pittance which is an absolute joke. I'm even thinking about writing to the FCA particularly because of the de-ramping nature of the notice issued by SAG. With a will they won't they RNS while the consistent buying suggests they are going for it with support from II's. They clearly already have 30% on board already. PI's always get shafted in takeovers and it's madness how loads of people pray for these scenarios. We are stuffed here and 6.5p is pathetic.

IMHO it's only a matter of time before takeover happens, possibly/probably a hostile one.
That is a fair point Stokey. The board didn't start this and aren't interested in selling so a difficult one. Perhaps they are still incompetent or they know something else is coming that will thwart this
