Can't buy any on HL .
Any guesses on where it will finish tonight? I think 3.40 ish
Much better than I expected to be honest with the downturn in market. FUM increases for 16 quarters... excellent. Promise of dividends at the end of year. But..... a very muted response from the market... I know aim is a tough market but this now is looking so positive. I’ll just top up whilst low and wait for the divi to come.
On the strength of our continued performance and outlook, the Board currently plans to introduce a dividend stream for the benefit of the Company's shareholders at the year end.- nice to hear that
C'mon baby its about time this share showed us what its capable of.
To announce a dividend at year end should tell us everything
I was hoping for some news regarding dividends, hopefully anytime now. Would be great to see the 6 months trading update continuing with increased FUM and profits. In the meantime, Helium Rising Stars fund have quietly increased their holdings to 5%.
I couldn't attend but have e-mailed asking this question. If they reply I'll post it here.
going to the AGM do me a favour and ask if they were not going to already if it is still expected that a maiden dividend will be declared with the interim results for the six months ending 30 September.
Giving us chance to top up before the dividends are announced..... hopefully.....
Lowest for a while something happening maybe ?
Glendor - As i said both are normal. I would have been more surprised if they were not there.
The notice of AGM in the post states
resolution 4 and 5
The directors are seeking authorities at the agm to allot ordinary shares as well as a disapplication of of statutory pre-emption rights in the respect of issues for cash or otherwise
Directors propose 2 resolutions to obtain authority to issue shares
(res4) 1st an ordinary resolution authority to issue - this would be done on a pre-emptive basis and i would be entitled to buy before going to market.
(res5) allows them to alot equity securitys (£1M)on a non pre-emptive basis
so would it be prudent to vote against res 5
typed on iphone excuse spellings
Glendor - All of these are standard resolutions nothing to worry about. They are needed as otherwise the company could not issue new shares for any purpose without first offering the shares to existing shareholders.

is this a dilution / free cash for directors/ or a means to fund something else comments please
Absolutely. Investors coming to the market now have the opportunity for both income and capital growth in my opinion. I’ve been topping up to try and average my initial holdings down where possible and just hope no further dilutions are ahead as that’s the only thing that may reduce the price IMO. Lots of positive news regarding FUM and profits yet it remains low, I’m amazed this hasn’t pushed on yet. I suppose the dividend anoucement if and when it appears will bring a few income bearing investors along.
Investor1977 - You make a very valid point. I was approaching the question from the viewpoint of somebody investing at around the current price. In that case someone investing a proportion of thier ISA allowance could obtain a significant number of shares in which case the question of Income v Capital growth would become more of an issue.
As many bought into to this at a substaitionally higher price and got burnt with dilutions, I think some uplift in the price would be welcomed by many. The ‘income’ would be minimal any unless you have substantial holdings...
If a maiden dividend is declared with the interim results at the end of the year the question arises do you invest in TAVI for capital growth in which case you would want the share price to go up. On the other hand do you invest for income growth. In the case of the latter you may want the share price to rest here for a while to allow you to increase your holding in the anticipation of higher dividends in future years.
What strategy would others be choosing?
On the company web site Helium have increased by about 0 .4% to 4.88% - City Financial down by about the same to 5.28% -from last week .If He (helium chemical symbol) had to buy from the market a significant sp increase would have resulted imo - .City F must be aware of this - would like to know what city was doing with the cash or why they sold
Another big sell of £92k has been reported. The last two big ‘sells’ reported appeared to be the purchase from Helium Rising Star Fund so it will be interesting to see if this is another similar deal. Either way will be interesting to see the next RNS report and updates
Roughly 25% of AIM pay a dividend & of that 1/2 pay more than inflation rate - a few years ago aim dividends were scarce/rare

The egg is a long time hatching - it might be floater
Glendor, I expect when the dividend is announced it will be with next years dividend in mind also so a steady income stream will be generated, as opposed to paying out now and reducing it or removing it later. For an AIM to pay a dividend will be great news and shows further strength moving forward. All positive and I expected further movement already, but patience is key as always,
i expect the intrim result to be in nov/dec will be the time it will be announced - the carrot always seems to be unreachable- the share holder deserve a good 1st div . been a long time waiting but dont think it will be higher than £0.002 - should bring the share price over 5p mark though- the mother inlaws crystal ball broke so i am only guessing
I have just logged in to ask a similar question. On the annual report it stated that the chance of dividends in the '2nd part of the financial year'. I think its year end on March 31, so the 2nd half of the financial is October to March. Certainly now the group are in profit with rising FUM on each report this profit should increase so i'm looking forward to the next announcement on this.
As we approach Q4 and the possibility of a maiden dividend being declared is anyone topping up thier holdings in TAVI?
it appears to me that city financial sold a portion to helium. The list of significant share holding -the list of holders grew but the total still comes in around 55% city had about 10% now its 5.51% - see my post in feb for ref
