done 2 buys today at 0.03099 pence both are marked down for sell strange they where cheaper than the share price
I concur with much that has been posted about the options and it does appear the directors are taking the ****. Raven saying if they take them shareholder's will have seen a substantial rise, really Mr Raven, what about anyone who bought them at 7-8p at the beginning of the journey? Anyway now I have that off my chest I like to read between the lines a little and what I see is this. Bods wouldn't set targets that they knew they were not likely to achieve. The trading update from a month or two ago mentioned 1.5 billion of funds would make 5m profit and they were striving for that. In no time at all, Friday to be exact, they have now set targets of 1.8 billion and 7m profit to get their shares. Tells me they are well on the way to achieving this. Also having looked at their ages they look like they are setting this company as their retirement fund so its in their interests to get it right and make a shed load of money. Personally I don't care how much they make because when the company hits 7m profit, dividends will follow, and the share price will have to 'follow' the value of the company so we all win. I think regardless of the 'rogue' seller this share has stuck at 3p and I think that's the floor, cant see anymore value and I think I have talked myself in to another top up !!!
Wideye, my positive side says that ultimately they are ‘options’ to buy. I’ll be delighted if/when they exercise that option as the price will obviously be more than the 6 and 6.5p otherwise they would never be excercised. Therefore anything bought at 3p now will be over double when they exercise the right to buy. Not sure why the top 2 get the options all the time and Harper also acquired shed loads at 2.5p either but hey ho. Onwards and upwards
If I'm being honest, im quite pleased with today's rns. Like you say, investor, these options are meaningless if those targets are not achievable. Leads me to think that they are more than likely, on course to reach those targets. That being the case, the sp should be considerably higher. And the dilution of 6% would not drop the sp back to these levels. Also, as long as the business remains motivated to keep growing, it must be a good thing........in my books, anway
Showing as a sell, again! How many times does this site get the trades wrong. Topped up today at 3.01p yet again shows as a sell. Shocking. Makes me wonder how many of the red trades are buys everytime this happens.
Im looking at this two ways. 1- Angry, I was in from the start with shares of 7.5p on promises of 15/21p in 3 years.... Even 6p and 6.5p leave me and dare I say many others down. 2- Positive, at least these are options and not freebies. If the FUM reaches 1.8bn (which it surely will or these are pointless) and profits of 7m the share price will be well beyond the 6.5p to make the options worthwhile plus dividends. Therefore regardless of my thoughts about greed, and feeling angry and bitter towards some, i'm still buying now to average down my initial (and stupid) purchases. I think this now stands me at around 4.8 and reducing with each purchase i'm making. My principles tells me to leave alone but my brain and wallet says to buy begrudgingly. I was really hoping the next announcement would be about dividends or a trading update, not further options for directors.
Could not agree more, it is a shame but TAVI seems to have no issue destroying their credibility one dilution at a time... sad. External shareholders will at some point look elsewhere
This makes me mad, whilst I like what the company is doing and believe that the strategy will deliver shareholder returns, it astonishes that the board sees fit to allow the two main directors to take options over 6.5% of the company. I accept that the share price will be higher if both the targets are attained, but this is plain greedy and disrespect to shareholders who have waited patiently for any share price increases or dividends! What are the NED's doing to protect us shareholders I ask?
Totally agree, which is why I continue to add here. Though, I do enjoy the excitement of the, somewhat, less predictable companies. You can sometimes uncover a real gem. Now looking forward to the full year results or even a trading update, as i expect things will start to get a bit more exciting here.
As I said last week I view this as one of the 'safest' shares on AIM (Just my opinion and others may disagree) due to their regular income stream that is just going to keep increasing year on year as they have 200+ people selling their goods and get regular income from all the old investors. Not rocket science to see this as a safer bet than waiting for a company to dig a hole and hope for oil. Maybe a bit boring compared to the rollercoaster ride some pi like to get involved in, maybe its an adrenaline thing and I'm just too old
You would have thought that it wouldn't be that hard to get it right. It's nice to see a bit of an uplift of late. It would be nice if it continues. I imagine some are starting to increase their holdings as a dividend is looking increasingly likely. Well, at least the growth figures would indicate we are heading in the right direction
I never trust this site anyway. 4 trades today all at 3.28 yet they say the last one is a sell, utter rubbish !!!
Not quite as bad as reported here. Just topped up at 3.28
Stokey your next question needs to be 'when will the share price go up 800% !!! This company keep banging on about paying dividends so have no doubt its coming. The CEO appeared to cool it a little so more likely next year than this perhaps? Finals due in a few months so be interesting to see if the numbers have continued powering up.
You're obviously a man who gets answers. Things are definitely lining up quite nicely here
I note that the RNS came out about three hours after my 10.48 asking about this application.
what happened with the application to reduce the share premium account. I thougt this was going to Cour tlast month but there has been no RNS with the result. If anyone has an email address for the company it would be much appreciated.
That's true, its a good sign. I think I may have to see what I can do in order to increase my holding. My timing, research and gut instinct have paid off recently (though, have failed me epically in the past ). I'm hoping it will continue a bit longer
AND another big buy..../ surely directors would have to declare them if it was one of those? So someone really fancies this.... another million shares, same person or another speculative investor following the money? Interesting figures. Not see buy of that values very often.
Director buy? Or just someone who sees a bargain. Either way, it's very welcome
1,000,000 share buy today all we need is a few more of those eh!!!
Assuming it's a private deal, I imagine it's better for tavistock that someone got a nice deal, compared to the alternative of someone selling that many shares on the open market. It could have potentially dragged the sp down and bogged it down for quite some time.
I think the recent directors purchase at 2.5p has quite rightly pi55ed a few folk off.
The spread certainly is not there to encourage anyone to buy. And, given the recent share price, it's hard to fathom why people are eager to sell at this price. I'm all tapped out until next month as I dipped a toe in another share, so no more top ups for a week or so. I will have to be patient.
Yeah the spread doesn’t help at times does it? Big percentage again. Still I’m happy buying at anything around 3p now.
