some big trades at mid, buys or sales?
Well they can FRO with that offer.
That is all for the moment
Share price up again, spread closing and all this despite no news. Huge volume as well, compared to ‘normal’ . Something is happening IMO, maybe news coming ?
Well, it’s certainly been changed for the better.
IMO a much fairer deal all round and any new investors have a great opportunity here.
It may also give confidence to existing shareholders to add more and average down.
Strange they have changed it with no negative feedback?
I suppose the question is, are all the trigger points being moved up in line?
I Look forward to the finer detail and moving forward positively
You are right on the money here! These 2 are desperate to pass this resolution but why is not clear to me yet, there has to be a clause somewhere that screws existing shareholders. The ADVFN forum is having non of it.
AGAIN FFS. These two are desperate to get this through so I would be very careful. Whilst the numbers look better you are voting to probably keep them in their positions for years to come and they can continue stripping out money for them self’s and their family members who work there. Regardless of what the number is do you really think these clowns have any ability to get the price back to 3p never mind 7p. To do that we need profits, but by the time they have took hundreds of thousands out in incomes and benefits and wasted millions on vanity projects, which are too numerous to mention do you really think they will. A vote against is a vote to get them out, don’t waste it and regardless of how few shares we hold make the effort or wave goodbye to your money
Hi Jack.
The deal appears better this time, for new investors.
Long standing investors who were involved at 6/7/8p have watched this share get diluted repeatedly and the SP driven down.
Then certain people have bought shares at these lower levels....
Then once the price climbs to 4p and above, ‘certain’ people will receive a bonus plus a healthy share price increase. Meanwhile the long standing investors are still 40/50% down!
That’s not really aligned everyone in my opinion.
So if I understand this correctly, (and if I’m wrong can someone please correct me) some ‘certain’ people get a double bonus effectively (share price increase plus bonus incentive), whilst the long standing investors lose out.
So the dilute and drive the price down, then reward themselves when the SP is approx 50/60% of the value years back. Hmmmmm
You have not missed anything - Its the same TURD with a different sugar coating . Would sooner see Jordan Belfort on the board than Raven and Cooke
If I am reading this correctly, this is the same nonsense they tried to scam shareholders last November. Nice try, get these crooks off the board.
Ok, so when I’m trading shares I’m getting charged for this through my broker.
What are all of these trades of minimal amounts? Is it a portfolio? Or a share scheme? Lots of small cost trades flying around. Some are less value than the fee I pay!
One wonders if any incentive should be agreed when you consider they have lost money for virtually EVERY single shareholder since launch.
I say 'virtually every shareholder' because Cooke and Raven did rather well last week agreeing to purchase off market at 1.5p just before the trading update release that saw the price rise 30%.
Shareholders who votes in agreement to further incentives deserve what they get.
I think following the previously withdrawn growth plan, everyone is waiting for the revised offering. That certainly took a lot of the remaining trust away. Let’s hope they get this right for everyone’s interests and then the company and SP move forward together for everyone’s benefit.
Anyone have any ideas on these LSE RNS regarding the price, have never seen them before. ADVFN have some strong opinions on this, the story continues... Shareholders have been promised growth yet again, not sure what measure of growth they are using but it's not the share price.
Not sure what to think of this......
Been following this share for some time and don't understand the problem.
What seems on the face of it, positive news, yet again results in a flurry of sells. Can someone please explain why?
You are not alone !!
Bizarre that this share has gone from 1 trade a day to a sudden flurry of activity. Something has to be brewing, some large ,for this share, purchases. I imagine the Bods friends have been selling the family silver to buy shares, but they'd only do that if they had been tipped off I guess. Looking at the buys today I expect news either tonight after close or Monday morning. Just a guess but must be something. Might buy back in , 40 minutes to decide !!!
Nice to see some gradual increases here. Although I feel I talk alone on here, does anyone have any I dea what’s pushing this back up a little? Any news on FUM due? Acquisition? New BOD incentive to replace the withdrawn one before Xmas?
Strange to see movement on no news.... fingers crossed....
Hoping to hear some positive news on the FUM. We should see a good increase following the market upturns. Higher FUM and less costs should surely see a positive move..
Surely....
Thanks Bobby.
Everyone involved in this wants a positive outcome, and company growth. But not at the expense of further dilutions. I have always thought this would bounce back as I really like the business model. The FUM have risen consistently each quarter, and we have been told of savings being made across the group in the outgoings/overheads. Surely this should enhance the profits. I understand the need to push forward and grow, but not at the cost of current shareholders. When you look back and see the dizzy heights of 6 and 7 pence to today, it’s pretty dismal reading. All created by dilutions.
Thanks Bubby Huxster. The info was in the document but the real intent was hidden somewhat. I was in this share but got out as it did nothing but lose money. I wonder if the risk of pursuing their agenda was too great following on from shareholders outrage? Maybe they thought they would be ousted if they continued?
@Investor1977 & @tryingtomakeabit - Respect!
Seems you guys called it right and certain investors have voiced this to the board (or just Raven / Cooke) leading to what amounts to an a hugely embarrassing reversal as per today's RNS. Well done you (and ADVFN) for voicing concerns.
What's really worrying is the lack of judgement from those at the top running this company - I think this might trigger some changes in the boardroom.
So much negativity on various forums.
I think this announcement and ‘plan’ needs more details. How do they expand without dilutions? Can they? I don’t see how they can at the minute. If further dilutions are made, every shareholders value is reduced yet Raven and Cooke have the guarantee of 25% of a sale, or their triggers of % on targets. So, they can dilute happily to build the figures knowing there are sitting pretty either way, whilst existing/long term shareholders are reduced even more than previous.
I’m happy to stand corrected, and in a way, I hope I’m completely wrong. I can’t vote for positive this with all these thoughts currently
Not that confused that they separate their ‘new’ bonus scheme from the share price. Any shareholder who doesn’t vote their proposals down deserve all that’s coming to them. Thankfully I’m fully out of this share but keeping an eye on as will be able to buy back at a fraction of the cost when they dilute it several times to hit their ebitda target
It’s the management team...... Raven and Cooke been there from the start. Confused?
This had potential back in 2015 now with the current management team it is just toxic.
Seems I may have made the correct decision following latest RNS. Boys over on ADVFN have ripped the idea apart and any small shareholder needs to vote NO.
Ignore Mr Graphite’s post as he’s obviously talking about another share or it’s someone’s attempt to bury the discussion about Tavistock
