In simple terms this appears to be TalkTalk’s way of responding to BT’s new Complete Wi-Fi (mesh network) solution and just like the latter it’s not free. The Plume membership offered specifically for TalkTalk customers costs an extra £9 per month for a 1 year commitment, which includes a two-SuperPod starter pack. Additional SuperPods are £69 each for expansion of the home Wi-Fi coverage
Budget UK ISP TalkTalk has today teamed up with Plume to offer their existing broadband customers “exclusive” access to a new “cloud-coordinated” WiFi system that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimise your home wireless network, which it claims could improve the signal’s coverage, stability and speed.
The new product essentially consists of several “SuperPod” devices (of a similar size to plug-in WiFi extenders), one of which will need to connect directly into TalkTalk’s router via Ethernet cable, and an app to help manage them. The service also adds customisable guest access for your network, as well as parental controls and various security features.

Deep in oversold territory still
Sniffing at kcom ,Could be doing same on here!

downbutnotout two nice pick ups there,
Joehigashi lets hope sp starts moving up now it's stop start at moment grrrr.
Pokerchips busy on another stock I own petrofac PFC, well if he is there Talk Talk his having a break from him.
We need some Debenhams luck now, ps sold up there two weeks ago made a small profit but I applaud all who held on good luck to them all invested and the staff made my day, even tho I am not invested and hope the Shorts get their just Deserves.
i took 99.45p today for some i bought at c.92p yesterday. i grabbed 10,000 @ 91.86p and 5,000 just under 93p.
Morning Dibeg, I bought a few more this morning, just under 97
Joe we should break the £1.00 today and start building from here,
A few banking profits from yesterday 7p rise but they will be all gone soon,
Rally on the cards soon.
need to break through that 100p, we've touched it 3 times now
up we go
Will hold over a £1 tomorrow and will start to build from here 92p was the bottom,
I broke my rule I usually buy on the way up, OK in profit now due to 92p top up but it's on the up now,
Would not be surprised at a 10% day as it been oversold it's still cheap,
I can see 108p for Friday only time will tell might be right might be wrong,
One good thing if it on the up the Rampers won't bother all I can say they had their chance today at under 92p it's not going back there now they missed the opportunity.
nice double bottom on the chart, going back to feb last year when SP was mid 90s.
i like to think the SP will snap back v.quickly. resistance around the 114p level? above that c.135p. break that and it could head back to over £2? happy days..
slow grind higher i would think. it held 97p after breaking it. i would not be a shorter at this price.
any predictions for tomorrow?
so you didn't buy at 92p this morning then pokerchips
Price certainly looking interesting here. Very oversold on daily so wouldn't surprise to see this firmly back over 100 in due course
GLA
" they would have to pay shareholders £1.40 per share being the highest sp for the last year"
no they would not ....
I could offer 5p if I wanted to....but it is unlikely that I would get many shareholders to offload .their shares..it would be regarded as a hostile takeover and the BOD would not recommend accepting it, and besides, I would have to have the cash available to make the offer
Flybe potential new poential owners have offered 1p ...but they have never previously bought any shares within the last 12 months
If I am a bidder it depends on whether I have purchased any shares in the last 12 months, and then if I have..then I cannot put in an offer of less than the highest price I paid during the last 12 months
not nearly it is blue ,it was very good trading indeed .97.80p
Sorry I didn't word that very well, if it was, they would have to pay shareholders £1.40 per share being the highest sp for the last year
If it was, it would be £1.40 sp
Is TalkTalk worthy of a take over bid?
Blue
82p ?
Very strange in that only last week D Bank price target was £1.73 and RBS was £1.25.
Who knows what's going on.
they're probably in cahoots with the shorters - lol
