At these prices and the news we are expecting! I find that it's a great time to buy or top up and I would be surprised at all if it start climbing back into the firm .30's this week!
Go ahead and put yourself in debt up to the eyeballs and go all in if you are that confident then. unsubstantiated ramping carp. Really you going to the moon, great time to buy at this price, its going to explode, news any day brigade are just a bad as the deramping brigade. FFS I joined this group last year to learn from people who have been in this game longer than me (all points of view, ideas) which there are a few but my god a large chunk of posters on here are pathetic and a mian reason i dont post very often. Rant over :)
Doc, silence is golden as there is nothing new to discuss and thank god some LTHs have used the filter button to stop responding to the disingenuous/bitter posters.
On a not so lighter note… 1 AF2 buying hey ..

“ The proceeds from the issue will in fact be used to consolidate The AvantGarde's shareholding in Supply @ Me, in light of its growth, perhaps also taking advantage of the decline in the City stock . Supply @ Me's free float is currently around 60%”
One entity took all of Negma shares.. then sold at an ever increasing loss
Unreal AZ .. unreal
Thanks AP - can you explain the significance of this in layman's terms?
@AP2 , Thanks for the link. I don't think the info regarding Negama and the CLN is upto date ? Is it ?
My understanding was we drew down the 1st tranche then ended the agreement by refinancing.
I could be wrong as this is not my field.
ATB LTH.
SYME TO INFINITY AND BEYOND.
1AF2 holding .. 5.92%.. 17.99% and 12%( legally owned as per charge but to 5HNWI)
35.91% or (23.9%)
FCA rules on foreign holding, big gap between 30% to 50% for notification TR1
Guess we will see what’s what hey
“The UK regulator the Financial Conduct Authority (the ‘FCA’) requires that any person,1 anywhere in the world, must report to the relevant UK issuer2 and the FCA the percentage of the issuer’s voting rights that it holds as shareholder or that it held or was deemed to hold through its direct or indirect holding of financial instruments, if the percentage of those voting rights:
• Reaches, exceeds or falls below 3 percent, 4 percent, 5 percent, 6 percent, 7 percent, 8 percent, 9 percent, and 10 percent and each 1 percent threshold thereafter up to 100 percent; or
• Reaches, exceeds or falls below the above thresholds as a result of events changing the breakdown of voting rights and on the basis of information disclosed by the issuer.
Such disclosures are public. The rules of the FCA relating to disclosure of positions also extend to non-UK companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a UK-regulated market; for them, disclosure is required when the percentage of voting rights held reaches, exceeds or falls below 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50 and 75 percent. For such purpose, the total voting rights of the relevant issuer will be calculated according to its most recent public disclosure.”

Arg.. the first tranche was 840 mill.. it’s these shares I am on about, they were added to the share total. These are separate shares to the additional dilution for TF purchase..
Total dilution was 8% giving TAG holding just under 50%, another reason they may want to buy,
Get the holding above 50%, as the figures given in the piece does not include the 17.99% used as collateral for the loan last year nor the 12% (5HNWI)
The 38% comes from AZ 32%+ plus 5.92% (can’t remember AZ total)
@AP2, Thanks for the additional info. I'm afraid that I don't really understand the significance of AZ buy more shares in SYME. Is this not a good sign ?
Or does it hold bad portent for us as share holders ?
ATB LTH.
Wiggly.. if the article is right, then 1AF2 want to buy cheap..
It’s a great sign, shows confidence, they will know where this is going!!
But it’s at the price of pi selling taking their losses.
While I have been buying.. ref guitarman
Need to get going here..
Catch up soon
Thanks for clarifying that apunter2.
is it a loss if you are selling the shares to yourself
Had a fabulous time on Sunday flying high over the Derbyshire countryside dog-fighting in a 1930's Tiger Moth.... highly recommended to blow away the cobwebs !!!
Pity it's all back to earth again and the same old drivel on here ....
GLALTH
Mag, my father got to full fill a one of his things on his bucket lists the other week. Flew in a spitfire mark 9 out of biggin hill and I was lucky to go up in a sperate normal plane to fly alongside it. Absolutely an incredible experience.

The remaining outstanding par value of the Convertible Loan Notes not yet converted is £2,106,000 and this residual portion is expected to be repaid in cash, funded by the new short-term loan facility.
If Negma was still selling up until recently how did they know the balance needed to be cleared by the loan on the second of 2nd September..
Ap.. because they gave them 'x' value / number they could sell.
And 'y' value they would clear with a cash option ;)
Ahh that would be it then lol..pmsl
its a green box, ignore or filter :)
A quick check in and watched the proactive video , Things are coming together now , could be an interesting few months,
One thing is for sure , things are looking bleak right now and Syme could come to the rescue.
Like the man said , get it right from the start, Who cares where the SP is right now , I interested in a year or two from now.
Good evening all.
So are we not expecting news on the fb this month now? What happens if the deadline passes and it's not sorted?
I've been really busy with life atm so not had time to watch any of the updates.
Any info on the next stages is greatly appreciated.
