RE: Late reported trades again today24 Oct 2020 09:55
I'm glad people are picking up on how unreasonable it is for us to compare us with NCYT esepcially when they have only 71m shares in issue and if I'm correct, listed on no just 1 but 3 different exchanges? so immediately has greater exposures to traders/investors who go on one exchange.
RE: General Public to Institutions17 Oct 2020 10:04
Just having a look at these figures again and hoping somebody might be able to answer a question:
26 Sep 2020 vs Today General Public 39.2% vs 17.2% (down) Individual Insiders 38.5% vs 38.5% (hold) Institutions 12.8% vs 27.7% (up) VC/PE Firms 9.5% vs 9.5% (hold) Private Companies 0.02% vs 7.0% (up)
Are these percentages based on the shares currently held by individuals/II's in which case doesn't tell us about the size of the freefloat. Or does this include all shares issued in which case where would the "freefloat" shares sit? If it's covered under the institutions then it would mean the freefloat has been increasing, not decreasing which would explain the price dropping. I've been spotting checking a lot of these delayed reported "Buys" and so many of them when looking back at the trades at that time are below the buys and sells going through. For example those 4 10m trades from the 15th, each one of them was below the sells going through. I don't buy that they are worked buys as they are at various times of the day and I suspect it is one person who was just selling their shares in tranches to try and get a similar SP which appears they did get. That coupled with the drop of 22% in general PI hands to me indicates that a lot more of these large trades have in fact been sells from individuals profit taking. I mean I wouldn't blame them, getting in around 0.05 then selling at 0.5 or above 10 bagging or more in a short time, who wouldn't! But since the reduction in PI holdings and the reduction in comms from AZ in interviews and RN's we are seeing a far more stable SP, although it is dropping but I do put that down to either trades selling or some people de-risking.
I'm not sure if anything sinister is going on and I don't think there is. But who knows. Just my 2 cents and happy for anyone to help improve my knowledge.
JR you are predicting the mcap of this company is going to increase by more than £1.3billion in less than 3 months time??? I'm very bullish on this stock but really think you need to curtail your expectations. I think we can reach 4.75p but definitely not till late nect year or maybe even the year after. Its easy to pluck pennies out of the air. but you have to remember we have over 32 billion shares so ever 1p increase is £320million mcap increase.
Also AZ said the banks are not looking at them as competitors but as partners. Why set up their own operation, spend the time, money and efford going through all the legalities when they let SYME do all the leg work and they just provide the money.
So spotify has filtered me because i responded to holly stating AZ was asked this question directly in a recorded interview and his answer was to the effect that it was not needef.. anyone care to explain how is this being a troll exactly??
Hi holly. This was a question that AZ got asked directly when he did an interview answering investors question. And if i recall he only smiled and basically said its not needed as they are getting a lot of volume coming in. Someone might be able to expand/correct me on that?

The only good thing now is this bulletclub has potected their tweets after they got a lot of abuse. So they will only affect those few who follow them. And Luke H appears to gave been caught with his trousers down ramping Vela in a telegram group.
@wolf. I daid this to Holly last night. When you present the same piece of information to 2 different people and they read it in different ways which conflict with one another. Its very difficult to try and persuade the other to your point of view. Just human nature and cause frustration and to vent.
Cant see that happening. Considering a 1p increase would add over£300million to our mcap, we would need some stupendous news and not just the the confirmation the first tranche of companies have been signed off and gone live.
