I just saw that Sc unthhorpe is one of two testing vehicles. So this is also own by Sativa.
Hi MPBUK,
his is what I took away from the conversation with Sativa. Only the Goodbody Wellness stores in Bath and Bristol are owned by Sativa.
All other locations are pharmacies with which Sativa cooperates to distribute Covidtest. The pharmacies and their staff are responsible for conducting the tests. The pharmacies are only paid for the tests they perform. Everything that has to be provided administratively for the process is done by Sativa as a service.
In addition to that, Sativa just started a pilot project to test the acceptability of blood tests. This currently takes place in Bath, Bristol and S****horpe.
Thanks La Bad.
I'm confused. So these clinics are not actually new clinics with our staff but rather existing businesses using existing staff. Are we just providing the tests themselves and the admin?
In an open, personal communication with Anne Tew (CFO & Head of Comm) - within the given regulations - I had asked if there were any direct costs at the Covid test locations. The first answer was - NO. When asked about this, it meant personnel costs, which do not occur because the personnel are paid by the respective pharmacy. In addition, the pharmacy only receives money if it actually carries out tests - in other words, a fee.
Now I have asked myself what the costs for the expansion of the clinic network and its development shown in the Q2 figures are based on.
On enquiry, I received the following points, which complete the picture and thus make it clearer:
- Management of all Costumer Service requests for the entire clinic network
- Establishment of the corresponding test areas in the locations
- Ongoing support including the provision of PPE for each clinic
- communication with all laboratories
- ....
Conclusion: The sites themselves do not incur direct costs, only the administrative operation of the network.

I created an overview to have a detailed view on changes.
Count 06.10.2021: 70 (+6)
Count 29.09.2021: 64
New locations (Popu.):
East UK - Ely (20k)
East UK - Huntingdon (19.8k)
East UK - Royston (15.7k)
Midlands & North - Northampton (214k)
Midlands & North - S****horpe (82k)
Southwest - Axminster (5.7k)
This means that Sativa could now reach around 10 million citizens with its network. This reflects about 17% of the total population of England and Wales.
5 more clinics added today. Up to 70 now. Very impressive
He guys,
here is another interview with Geremy Thomas. Another nice read. It's again showing that SWEL is way undervalued.

Great contribution. Thanks
Today another shareholder found something really interesting.

Maybe new products in the near future? Vape, massage oil, tea & capsules?
*Fingers crossed*
Make some more money and then pay them cash. Great position because Sativa has the whole product and supply chain in-house. Many of the other CBD brands have additional costs f.e. for getting their product quality tested. Guess who is doing that job? ;)
I think something big is happening.

In Germany more than 1.100 people read the german version. Its going to be interesting. Have a look at instagram and facebook. There are also a lot of new post regarding Goodbody clinics.
It is clear that all of the recently listed cbd companies have taken a knock on their share price. CHLL have been battered today. Sativa are becoming well placed to gain from this as they are generating cash. Lets hope any acquisition is not at the expense of shareholders again. Staying positive on this.
Thx for those words. I appreciate it.
I recently had the opportunity to exchange ideas directly with Sativa. Together with other German shareholders, I had pointed out the poor external communication of the company as well as the partly bad marketing for their products.
Yesterday, I looked at a few Instagram posts from goodbodystore and goodbodyclinics.
It seems like the complaints have been heard. Currently, the goodbodystore is mainly pointed to the Membership as well as the SWAP Program.
For goodbodyclinics they have posted additional covidtest possibilities due to some regulation changes in the UK and they also have already advertised blood tests for their now 60+ locations.
The b2c marketing seems to be getting better already. I personally believe that with October will come a PR offensive in all relevant markets (Canada, UK, Germany) to finally draw attention to Satvia's functioning and well running business.
*fingers crossed*
I will all of you guys let you if upvote support on reddit is needed again ;D
Good effort Lebadinho. At least someone is trying to spread the word. Not a single share bought here in over a fortnight, and even that was just two hundred quid. My fear here is that the company doesn’t seem bothered by the sp. Been in here now for over three years, and seen no returns whatsoever, just the pinching of two thirds of my shares. Very poor.
He guys,
due to current under represseting of Sativa via news I posted something on reddit. Maybe you can upvote my post. Then more people it upvote than longer it will be in the top posts at r/Canadapennystocks. Also you can upvote it in r/weedstocks. Would be great to promote Sativa.

Geremy Thomas at proactive news.
The interview has way more details and explanation why Sativa is able to offer CBD products on this price levels.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmNXfrfKcYY
In addition to that there is a "CBD swap" action within their CBD shop to get new customers from smaller CBD brands which will be rejected from the market due to higher regulations.

AGM later too.
Today Sativa released a NEWS
Sativa Wellness launches membership scheme offering '50% more CBD or 50% less cost'
Sativa Wellness Group Inc. is pleased to announce that it has launched a full membership scheme through its website and new product range to include larger 30ml bottles. For members, 20% CBD Oil in 30ml bottles will be 20% cheaper and 20% stronger than the cheapest CBD on the market. The new price of a 30ml 20% CBD product will also offer members 50% more CBD or 50% less cost than the average prices of 20% CBD found on a recent review of well-known brands in the market. The other products within the newly launched range also offer significant discounts on competitors’ prices.
The Goodbody brand also guarantees Best Quality & Best Price on the market. Goodbody will guarantee your money back if a CBD oil of the same quality and strength as Goodbody CBD is found for a cheaper price.
Geremy Thomas, Executive Chairman, says; “CBD is a great product but is too expensive for consumers. Today Goodbody branded products will be offered to members at major discounts to competitor offerings. Flew out of Manchester Airport yesterday. Great to see Goodbody botanicals cbd on the shelves. Bottom shelf though. Could do with some advertising in store too.
lexamed is one of the approved, larger distribution partners in Germany that is allowed to sell medical cannabis to doctors and pharmacy associations within the "Cannabis Doctors" association. Unfortunately, I don't know any more than that.
An interesting article was published on Lexamed's homepage:
https://lexamed-group.de/in-cannabis-investieren/
"Since it has been legally possible to prescribe medical cannabis at the expense of the health insurance funds, demand has been rising continuously.
This is shown by figures from the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices and the Federal Association of German Pharmacy Associations.
In total, the turnover with medicinal cannabis in Germany amounted to approx. 120 million euros in the past year, distributed among a handful of companies which all require licences to trade in medicinal products for this purpose.
These figures are based only on the data provided by the statutory health insurers; data and facts on the number and turnover of privately insured persons and self-payers are missing so far.
For the period January to October 2019, a 50% increase in sales of medicinal cannabis products can be read on this basis, and this growth rate is to be increased for 2020.
The growing demand is contrasted by a tight supply situation.
In existing studies, experts put the potential turnover that can be achieved with medical cannabis in Germany by 2028 at 13 billion euros."
What is a bit misleading is the statement by Anne Tew (CFO & Chief of Comm Sativa) that Sativa has nothing to do with medical cannabis at this point. This is currently being asked again at Sativa. In general, the news about lexamed also included that both companies want to develop new products together. Considering that Phytolabs complies with all standards (including medical), there seems to be plenty of potential in the cooperation.
P.S. personal opinion only
LeBadinho do you know anything of Lexamed?
