proactive news interview with Marc Howells:

a lot of additional information
This looks bigger than any cbd proposition that they may be considering. Great potential here. Looks like we need to be patient for a while longer.
found a summary about the NHS long term plan:
https://www.longtermplan.nhs.uk/online-version/overview-and-summary/
biggest take away for me:
"These reforms will be backed by a new guarantee that over the next five years, investment in primary medical and community services will grow faster than the overall NHS budget. This commitment – an NHS ‘first’ – creates a ringfenced local fund worth at least an extra £4.5 billion a year in real terms by 2023/24."
Q3 2021 Revenue 977% higher vs comparative quarter 2020. £5.02m revenue, £4.55m more than the equivalent period the previous year, making it the highest revenue quarter since inception and the third quarter in succession to exceed the turnover of previous quarters. This is a £1.54m or 44% increase on Q2.
· YTD 2021 Revenue 724% higher vs comparative period in 2020. £9.88m revenue, £8.68m more than the equivalent period the previous year.
· Q3 2021 Gross profit 990% higher vs comparative quarter 2020. £2.68m, which is £2.43m more than the equivalent period the previous year. The gross profit percentage margin at 53% was in line with the previous year.
· Net profit of £8k, compared to £(696K) loss in the same period the previous year.
· Q3 2021 EBITDA £268K, compared to £(595K) negative EBITDA in the same period the previous year and £82K EBITDA in Q2.
I already asked Anne regarding the NHS long-term plan". Hopefully, I'll get some more details on that
Good to see Geremy acknowledging the poor share price this morning. Great set of results. In line with expectation. Interesting reference to the NHS
Impressive results today
All shares will stay with Sativa!
I expect extremely strong financials and believe they will be released today or tomorrow. More sales in YOY comparison. More sales compared Q3 to first half. Much more profit than Q2.
Separate from that this week then another news on the expansion of the clinic network I think.
You are absolutely right. Who would sell ahead of Q3 results. It does not make sense at all. Next week will be a great week for Sativa. I think they will announce something big in line with the results. Unless Sativa are planning a takeover and are offering up our shares again like they did for Stillcanna.
How is it possible that somebody is selling 225k shares on a Friday afternoon before Q3 fins will be published and expected next week? In addition to that, there will be something in relation to the clinic network.
Is it some kind of price manipulation? I don't know. Next week will be exiting. have a great weekend.
They already have 80 locations but they not yet on the website. And don't forget that Geremy was talking about "shortly 100" when the count was at 70.
So I think that deal is still not closed. And it will be on a minimum size of 30 clinics maybe some more. That will bring Sative to 110+ immediately. Keep that in mind.
Hopefully next week Q3 fins. After all the calculation and speculation I would guess it will be something about 5-6mio pounds in revenue. and in addition to that way more profit than in Q2.
Soon we will not be the lone voices on here. 77 clinics now. Rising rapidly
Octp taking a knock today too......
Today Sativa added four new locations to their UK nation wide pharmacy network. (source: https://www.goodbodyclinic.com/book-covid-test)
Two of them are part of a smaller group based in Portsmouth.
https://www.lalyspharmacy.co.uk/
But there is another one of interest. It's a location in Brentwood. This location is part of https://www.cohenschemist.co.uk/.
It's all about thinking big. When something like this happens and a collaboration of this magnitude for the Sativa Goodbody Clinics area comes about, then something moves. Above all, such a pharmacy chain covers locations in the north of the UK that Sativa has so far only sporadically developed.
additional information: i asked Anne about the another location in Portsmouth and the location in Reading. Because they aren't currently shown on the website.
On the goodbodyclinic are now 73 locations available. the newest ones are looking like Sativa did some agreement with Laly's Pharmacy. They are all located in the area of Portsmouth. The location in Reading isn't on the website anymore. I asked Anne why. Waiting on feedback for that because she said that there is still a pharmacy.
In addition to that the german stock market looks good for today. nearly 450k shares traded until now. only buys no selling.
CHLL share price taking a real knock today. Sales of US0.5m for the quarter and still valued at £34m. We are seriously undervalued here.
I had shared it here before that I regularly share the news of Sativa in Reddit groups.
Now that the creator can see KPIs like views, it shows that the attention is increasing. Whereas the news about telemedicine had about 7,000 readers, the news about the highest daily tests was already read by 14,000 people.
I have shared today on the three most relevant groups the info about the newsletter that came yesterday. it would be great if you could support with an upvote. The more upvotes, the longer the posts are listed at the top and the more eyes see it, which can be quite good in the current situation.

Thanks in advance. I believe it is in the interest of all of us.
Good to see that we have the capacity to develop our own new products in Poland.
He guys,
Today Sativa published a newsletter on their website:
https://sativawellnessgroup.com/newsletters/
Download it. Nice summary. Not so many new things.
For me it is clear from the news that Sativa will supply the products. I have been in contact with the Managing Director of lexamed.
From my point of view, it will work via the Poland site. That's why Sativa is working on extending the Novel Food license to the laboratory and the premises in Poland. Bottled and packaged from there, the products would already be within the EU and could be sold accordingly in Germany.
From the conversation with Lexamed, I take away that the process is progressing accordingly well without knowing exact details. Of course, some things still have to be adapted (packaging, labeling of the product,...) and regulations have to be fulfilled. All in all, it looks like the cooperation of Lexamed and Sativa (Lexalife) is preparing to start selling immediately, as soon as the German government has approved the corresponding regulations.
Based on the information currently available, it can be assumed that the sale of Goodbody products in Germany will happen unless something serious changes.
note: personal opinion - no financial advise.
These are different markets but if Sativa were to supply and sell cannabis too then we would be opening up a whole new market. I cannot see Sativa passing this up if the opportunity presents itself
As everyone knows, Sativa has announced a distribution agreement with Lexamed in Germany.

I found an interesting news video today.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-h_Rrzv3zw
The coalition negotiations of the new government in Germany (SPD, DieGrünen, FDP) are going well with regard to the legalization of cannabis. Hopefully this will happen soon so that the sale of Goodbody CBD products in Germany can start promptly.
He guys, I just found two new subsites at Goodbodyclinic.com.
There's one part "Become a partner". CBD supplements are alos mentioned there. So there are considerations about rolling out CBD sales on clinic locations.
Second one is an offering for Corperate Covid Testing.
Clinics string looks really really good to me. And if CBD will get on all shelfes ii's going to be interesting for the CBD string as well.
Interesting article by Alisdaire Haynes of AQUIS....

Sativa are very confident with their press releases. Marc Howells has said "watch this space" with regards to the share price. They clearly have a strategy worked out and I believe that the next acquisition is already sorted. We have heard very little about the cbd element of the business but Geremy has said we will return with some force in the future.
Someone like octp who have several trials running, but will not materialise until next year, are valued at £23m. I only see this dropping as investors become impatient. We are in a great place for cheap acquisitions.
Also there is the research at Kings College which could lead to massive things.
I think Q3 results will be on or around 11th November so we don't have long to wait. More of the same please.
With the poorer countries being slower to vaccinate the testing process will go on for quite some time. £30-40m next year at current run rate
