I don't know exactly what you mean.
For the time being, Sativa will only be present on the German market via CBD products. But this should already be known through the news about the Lexamed cooperation.
Sativa will currently not enter the medicinal or flower cannabis market.
And i talked a lot to Anne about several things ;D but only things which are allowed to talk about.
Is this a side of the market that Sativa will want to be engaged in? Have you spoken to Anne Tew about this?
this will be a massive step. And from a last conversation i can tell you guys that there is a lot of work in progress to get this ready and ramp it up as fast as poosible when its legal.
From my point of view lexamed is doing an outstandig job from there side. I'm in contact with their managing director.
Fingers crossed. Hopefully we will see an update on the cooperation in the early days of December.
In light of Sativas relationship with Lexamed this is interesting news... https://businesscann.com/a-traffic-light-german-coalition-looks-set-to-give-the-green-light-to-europes-first-adult-use-cannabis-market/

I have put all locations on a map (recommendation: open in browser)
https://www.zeemaps.com/map?group=4262169&location=United%20Kingdom&add=1#
The possibilities here are remarkable. I cannot believe the mcap at the moment. The team are clearly putting plans in place to roll this out nationally.
Could not agree more.
What effect do you guys think it can have on many other small ones when Sativa enters into a partnership with one of the top 7 independent pharmacy providers in the UK?
https://pharmaceutical-journal.com/article/infographics/community-pharmacy-in-great-britain-2016-a-fragmented-market
And don't forget that Sativa is now also a member of https://www.aimp.co.uk/.
Sativa now has:
- 86 locations for Covid testing
- 43 locations for blood testing
looking good. And this Superdrug coop can bring way more than just blood testing.
Sativa brings out Big news and £1000 worth of shares trade on Aquis. Surely it has to be time to bring this to AIM to get some exposure to UK investors.
This is an amazing break through. So exciting. I cannot believe what I am reading this morning. Just simply brilliant......
Sativa Wellness Group announces Superdrug Partnership
Sativa Wellness Group Inc. is pleased to announce today that it has partnered with Superdrug Stores Plc ("Superdrug") to offer an extensive range of blood tests. The agreement includes 40 Superdrug sites which have trained nurses to take blood for a range of tests including:
- Well Woman and Well Man Profiles
- Pre-Diabetes
- Cholesterol
- Organ Health, inc. Heart, Kidney and Liver function
- Hormones & Fertility
- Iron status
- Thyroid Function
The customer orders the test they require from the Goodbody Clinic website and can choose whether to use a personal blood testing option, select a Superdrug Clinic or use one of the participating Goodbody stores to take the blood sample.
Geremy Thomas, Executive Chairman, says; "Our Goodbody clinics partnering with Superdrug for wellness blood tests increases the options available for customers to get the test they choose at a convenient location and allows them to manage their own wellness journey."

Big news out of Sativa this morning. That is a significant partnership with Superdrug, and hopefully the start of things to come. We get in their stores, and we are laughing.
As some here know, I give a weekly update on the expansion of the clinic network. Today I noticed several things about the Goodbody clinic network.
1. It seems to work!
Apart from the success reflected in revenue figures, two more locations have been added today. These are both in the Southampton area and part of a smaller pharmacy group with 6 locations (https://www.pharmacydirect.uk.com/). As there was only one pharmacy in the network so far, this shows me that Sativa's business idea doesn't seem so bad ??
2. Attention for Sativa is growing!
According to a post on LinkedIn by Marc Howell (CEO & Director Sativa), Sativa and its Goodbody Clinics are now part of the Association of Independent Mutiple Pharmacies (https://www.aimp.co.uk/). Hopefully we will find out what exactly this entails.
3. Almost endless potential of network expansion!
Laying the current locations of Goodbody clinics over a list of residents in England & Wales gives three major areas in which more clinics should open. These areas would grow the already reachable - close to 10million british people - to almost 50% of the total population (59million). These are the areas (only metropolitan areas >200k used for calc):
- the north of the country (Manchester, Liverpool,...) | 8.5mio inhabitants
- Greater Birmingham and everything around Birmingham (Coventry, Leicester,...) | 2.2 million inhabitants
- Other boroughs of London | 6.4 million inhabitants
In addition, locations with populations >150k should be accessible with more than one pharmacy.
As you can see, the Goodbody clinic network is already well established, but it still has huge potential. Especially when you consider what other pharmacy groups - especially small and medium-sized ones - are in the market.
Interesting article on this:

Good morning LaBadinho. Great start to the week. Thanks for sharing. Things should start moving soon enough.
Sativa added 4 more blood test offers (now total 20) over the weekend.

The offer is increasing. I hope that the rollout to other clinics will now be initiated soon.

Status 04.11.2021: 75

to the first part of your comment: that would entail a legal risk. that's why it's common practice, as with other companies, for the interviews to appear in parallel with the news.
to the second part: i totally agree.
I cannot answer this one. I will usually find news is released via proactive or directors talk. There was a time when news was released ahead of telling shareholders. Now they appear to release the news jointly.
Disappointing to see that cbd has been put on the back burner. No news of vapes or drinks, which is in the investor slide pack on the website. There seems to be little emphasis on this at the moment. It feels like they will announce another £5m in Q4 and the share price will still not budge.
We got no update on cbd or phyto vista. Whilst they are great numbers it is disappointing to only get an update on one segment of the business.
Perhaps some of you know that I am a German shareholder. In August, I analysed whether Sativa's corporate news is published on relevant online portals in North America, the UK and Germany.
My analysis at the time showed that no Sativa corporate news is shared on lse.co.uk and hl.co.uk as they work exclusively with Sharecast.
Are there other relevant portals in the UK where shareholders search for company news? If so, which ones?
And did you see the news about Sativa's Q3 figures on any relevant website in the UK yesterday?
Feel free to share on reddit. My username is the same as here.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
Great message from Marc. However, the recording has been viewed 36 times so far. That says it all for me. Not enough exposure.
Good to hear from Marc. I thought Geremy had locked him in a cupboard after the AGM :)
