So .60p is the bottom upwards and onwards from here back to £1.20
Slight decline with various new contracts this is a dream time to invest
Is now, before the masses arrive to jet fuel the u-turn. ;-)
At these prices it was just too inviting not to join in. This SP is nothing to do with the company's performance or potential. It reflects the current macro uncertainty and world events. Any positive news and these prices will be history. Maybe not a day-trading share but for any investor with a little patience.....
Don't forget the MD's wife bought several hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of shared on last dip, They're not going to through their money away
There seems to be no advantage to any company listing on the UK stock market. The US is a much more positive and supportive market. Too many negative games on the London market
Expecting brokers to be negative and then their clients pick up shares even cheaper than they already are.
market is bloody horrible for lth as they have to keep riding out the blips that are forced on them by brokers.
Agree with you both. Would like to see some significant director buys now though
This is a ludicrous drop on great trading results in difficult times. Revenues remained even, whilst large chunks of debt paid off and plant investments still on track and within budget.
A great buying opportunity
I am becoming very negative about the Uk market and this sums it up . A well run company investing in a new state of the art facility , paying debt down at the same time , and reporting a 16 percent increase in profit …. But it’s not enough for the short term ism of what the city wanted so knocked down 25 percent . Well I see it as an opportunity and have accordingly added
Has also received in-depth and very positive coverage in Small Company Share Watch ....
Very positive results and with the low cost manufacturing facility coming on line next year should be even better . I consider this one of my ‘blue chip ‘ investments for the future.
Had this on the radar not dug into it deeply, interested as a good proportion of income is from dollars or outside the UK and its cost of manufacturing is mostly in dollars, but it reports in GBP with a strong dollar income should be less affected by a weak UK market.
However National Vision has lost and is in the process of moving out of Wallmart over the coming years, and EYE itself is not doing as well. Can Specs supply direct Wallmart if they move directly into eyecare?
ESLOF is doing much better than EYE up 7.2% on revenue while EYE was down on Q2 . How much is EYE affecting /going to affect SPEC in addition to the the cost of recovering from its Norville and Eschenbach losses? Is this what we areas seeing reflected in the SP or is something else at play?
Really encouraging results and with a lot to look forward to coming
MMs are playing it, in between news flow. Seems to move between mid 120s and just under 110, I sold £2000 worth recently. I’m just bought them back this morning at 108 .5. Might as well take advantage of the games being played.
Interesting . Thank you
Very illiquid, lots of profit takers from lower levels but still fundamentally very cheap. So plenty of buyers when it rises but also traders looking to swing. I reckon it’ll hit £1.40+ when the interims come out on 7th September and show significant FCF.
This share goes up and down like a yo yo. Does anyone know why ? Thoughts ?
I have taken capital off the table. Feel better investment opportunities elsewhere. Price will probably soar now.....
Perhaps we’ve had a bit of an overhang here or position building since results. But good to see the momentum continuing.
With a good tail wind there isn’t any real resistance until 150-160p back in May 2020
Soon we will be £1.50
And there we go finally a decent breakout move. Onwards and upwards imo.
WOW, happy days, where will this end up by year end?
