Kylie, interestimg that you post this " Internationally wrong or just zero knowledge or research."
Anymore fake big investor sell offs to highlight đ
What are you people referring to? Yet more complete garbage posted in this bb. Internationally wrong or just zero knowledge or research. The Nig-Europe gas pipeline youâre referring to goes no where near Soundâs proposed 120km tie-in. Why would it if you appreciated the geography? The proposal has always been for it to be offshore, Turing directly into the existing Maghreb-Europe pipeline between Morocco and Spain, no using any pipeline or land owned by Sound. Sounds operating rights of its Phase 2 120km tie in are completely irrelevant. The irony is of course this increases competition for any molecules of gas and would actually weaken future income streams to Sound accordingly. Classic. Another huge warning to investors to DYOR and not rely on posts hereâŚ.
5m shares tradedâŚ.peanuts. Hardly a sign of rampant investment here is it?
https://www.hydrogeninsight.com/policy/morocco-plans-5-600km-hydrogen-pipeline-from-nigeria-passing-through-11-west-african-states/2-1-1522315
Also goza172 I think the strip of land for the pipeline is wide & could take a second pipe , so all hopefully good at some point
Of SOU to hold onto the operating rights of the proposed pipeline, if the new Nigerian pipeline went through, SOU would be in a key position, very interesting !

10 days for Santa action, fingers crossed here ! Could do with some good news at mo .
RNS on Monday then :)
Looks like a nice 5m buy there going by previous trade prices.
Thank you Ducati2 , your the Man.
Great information with fantastic News and Pictures.
Pictures Are the Work of Art is SOUND - BUY BUY BUY
More pictures of the wellhead are hopeful but minimal and still nothing showing any action regarding plant delivery or construction at the LNG site. Is Italfluid still able to get the LNG plant up and running so we can get some revenue?
You know perfectly well the Q3 comment was a slip of the tongue,a s was explained clearly at the time.
stop trying to twist everything it rather pathetic.
I note you haven't retracted your fake sell off statement from yesterday.
Kylie. Iâm 10âs of thousands ÂŁ in paper losses. It is what it is and wonât affect my life. No point me selling. Now Iâve spilt the beans, tell me how much youâve lost by selling? Itâs clearly affected you considerably and for that Iâm truly sorry. Surely itâs time to give up and go and do something fun with your life. Get some fresh air, take up a new hobby? Yours truly StMary.
Youâre supposedly in contact with the company ktf, cough cough, I see you donât have an answer to my valid question yet again. Why is that I wonder? All these endless delays only get paid for by SHs, hence the one way sp. GL just canât deliver, isnât believable and isnât trustworthy, thatâs a critical problem. And the complete absence of any pace here speaks volumes about underlying and undisclosed problems re phase 1 and 2. Heâs really run out all excuses for not handing his homework in at all, let alone on time.
Any more large shareholder fictitious sell outs to report kylie? đ
your agenda is clear as glass.
In an interview in the middle of September, GL made a statement about important exciting news before the end of that quarter, i.e. Q3 2023. Does anyone know when, in GLâs head, Q3 2023 ends? As has been the way for 6yrs here now, no sex or violence, no actual delivery in terms of cash flow either, but plenty of can kicking and over paid salaries for nothing actually got over the line. Hence sp sits at all time lows today. This is just another o&g black hole money pit for retail investors unfortunately. Just think about the position equity holders here are inâŚ.actually, best not,.it doesnât bare thinking about. The wall of silence is deafening. When SPA revise their target price next year, it will be below 2p is my view, given all finding and dilution to come. Plus no Phase1 gas until 2025 earliest.
Gas master plan.

During the interview, Benali mentioned that Morocco is planning to invest a further $4 billion into its gas sector over the next few years.
While the world is aiming to move towards phasing out natural gas, the minister explained that it remains necessary at this stage to âaccommodate the intermittency of renewables.â

Flagstaff TV: Catherine McQueen interviews Graham Lyon of Sound Energy Plc
If possible at this point please or asap ! Thanks
Copied from Sound Facebook site:
The operational team has safely and successfully installed the production packer into TE-7 during the ongoing work over operations. The packer has been set approximately 2200m below the surface. Sound Energy, Bedrock Drilling, Schlumberger, Italfluid and Tacron engineers with supporting subcontractors are on site preparing the wells for future gas production to feed the microLNG plant currently under construction. The crew will now rig down and move across to undertake similar works on TE-6.

Lonny left sdx for prd
Yes I agree KTF, the RNS clearly shows that the notification of major holdings has been issued because of 'an event changing the breakdown of voting rights'. This appears to simply mean that Afriquia Gaz S.A.'s share of Sound voting rights has changed by about 10% because new equity has been issued recently. As it affects a major shareholder, this needs to be notified. Presumably there will also be a notice and RNS regarding OGIF as they have about 13% of the voting rights. Again, nothing sinister.
Today's RNS simply shows a change in voting rights because shares converted as part of the convertible bond redemption are added to the toal voting rights and therefore the percentage held by Afri gas has slightly dropped.
They havenât sold any!
Despite what kylie would like people to believe.
How likely is the (small) divestment here to do with a redirection of funds to Predator Oil & Gas? Seems they have a lot of sand that is likely to flow >50mmcfg. Afriquia Gaz mou with PRD also seems to point toward the start of a probable investment in new infrastructure for predator and possibly AG taking a stake in prd?
As I understand it Lonny Baumgardner left sound for Predator, also? Interesting to be joining the dots.
Good grief, you're quick to jump on any possibly negative news.
I note that you didn't bother when evidence of progress was shown earlier!
The RNS doesn't show (in your words) "a major SH selling out"
the change in holding is tiny AND is not a disposal (selling out) of any shares itâs An event changing the breakdown of voting rights
2. Reason for the notification (please mark the appropriate box or boxes with an "X")
An acquisition or disposal of voting rights
An acquisition or disposal of financial instruments
An event changing the breakdown of voting rights x
