Need to pawn some of the misses jewelry for more solgold shares
Here we go.... and the winners are ? the crooked MM and II 🤔
Have you told your wife about that ÂŁ50,000 worth of shares you told us you were buying this morning?
BTW unless I’ve missed it, you haven’t provided any evidence of your purchase - as you have previously demanded of others - and I think it was Stackhigh who asked you to do so this morning.
You’re such a hypocrite !
Do you really think they'll recover from this?
Been in over a decade, & this is terrifying!
Hi mick, same here re the 10+ years.
To answer your question I doubt anybody knows - and that includes our management who, imv, increasingly demonstrate their total cluelessness (I’ll happily eat my words if they end up delivering a great sale/sp).

"Need to pawn some of the misses jewelry for more solgold shares"
This is exactly the kind of disingenuous rampy nonsense I've tried to call out in the past. This share has further it can fall, and I think bbg knows this. But rather than take a measured approach, he posts lies about how many shares he is buying as a 'top up' and then denigrates any poster who dares to point out that all is not well at solg.
Frustrating, but at least I don't spend the kind of time on here that others do.
We are doomed.
Yep we're fooked here, thankfully my portfolio is varied and am expecting better things in my other large holding... she says hopefully
"Here we go.... and the winners are ? the crooked MM and II 🤔"
And massive - he warned you to sell @ 37pence you silly silly little sausage..
Certainly games afoot as the manner by which that 7.7p on Monday was slapped back down after US markets opened suggested someone dod not want this above 7p going into today's release.
There's nothing in today's RNS that the market didn't already know imho. The cash pile was just $900k lower than I was expecting and the PFS3 Q1 issue still remains as being open to intepretation.. mmm.
I think the only new 'news' that I can see is the IPA discussions and the additional land/permits required for tailings works.
UK recession has sweet FA to do with today's capitulation. The FTSE100 is up, DOW is up and markets are looking lively as rate cuts now look odds on this year and more of them otherwise it's going to be recession time and a deep one at that.
Today's SP action suits Bob and co though. If it rattles a few pi's and gets them ready for a low ball...then job done. It all feels very orchestrated from the moment they took over. The SP has been tracking down ever since. Chinese seem to be sitting on their hands rather than snapping the shares up right now. Either they are NDA tied and banned from trading or... they don't want cheap stock after paying 3 x today's price or.. they want it lower.
Novice, I never had you down as being a Lady. That’ll teach me for making irrelevant assumptions ! :D

Really sounds like an honourable family man this one. Kind of guy that would sell her for more shares...
Oh all makes sense now it's nellyhunter is it?
Lmao
But if you have options vested at 17p, then why does driving down your own price help, as you are picking your own pocket?
If you sell for 20p, then you will only get the 3p difference . Don't make sense!
Games certainly being played, but that's not the simple answer, Fort
Fort, I don't agree with your last paragraph, but the rest is absolutely correct. This MD&A contained nothing that we either didn't know already or could have worked out and yet the reaction has been extraordinary.
1. PFS due in Q1. We knew that.
2. In the absence of a transaction cash will be required by end June. We knew that.
Was there anything we didn't know?
Although we'd all have hoped for more detailed news on the IPA and SR, clearly the company can't provide a running commentary on what are price sensitive negotiations and in any event would not have formed part of this announcement.
Conspiracy theory
Could the Canadians be gunning for Nick?
Whatever happens I’ve got a sneaking suspicion Bob and co will come out of this ok
It’s a guessing game now
DBW - the Canadians can get in the bin as far as I'm concerned.
They were charlatans under the Cornerstone banner and they remain the same now.
The lauding of these clowns for years as a stick to beat Mather with is ringing in my ears. Well, let the SP today guide you all on what bunkum that was. 25-45p under Mather with that vicious pre-Covid dip to 10 vs this mess now.
Today's half year report further proof that the company is struggling to make ground at the pace required.
You can also forget BHP and the likes of. Those with equity have deep enough pockets to not chase it and those with debt will take their vengeance in the courts.
Plenty of posters have a lot of historic views to reconsider and wade through here as they're not aging well.
Completely agree Add, nothing new today and the reaction is heavy ha handed to say the least. Not sure what's going but I'm trying to keep things simple in my own mind. We have the assets more advanced, potentially more saleable ( depending on the imminent pfs ), supportive administration and global demand will remain for whoever gets the bloody stuff out of the ground. The drop from 20p to now 6p has been brutal but if Maxit and friends pull this off, nobody will remember this phase and they've done thus before, and let's face it if it goes wrong they'll all loose for more than any of us. For this reason, I'm putting it to the back of my mind but we must be getting close to boom or bust soon.
Taking the edge off the day in the Ladbroke Arms, Holland Park. I suggest most of you do the same :)
The reaction is a dawning on the market that SolGold have spoken too much and achieved too little.
It couldn't get any simpler.
A nice spot. You are just round the corner from Simon Cowell & Gary Barlow on Addison Road
Worst it can get is bust. Just expect that and anything else is a bonus.
Seems to me whoever it is want the next raise to be done at a very low price. Some outfit imo is trying to starve this lot of funds , it may take them 1 year , it may take them two , but I feel that is the goal.
I don't see any offers , why would anyone make an offer when we have no direction?
The only way out of this is to start digging the gold, but how that would begin is beyond me. Most here say it's impossible , I cannot see another way out.
Don’t forget stackhigh the clown posted how positive todays rns was pre market…everyone knows why he did that but the clown 🤡 is just desperate and the lower it goes the more desperate he gets….
It’s all there in black and white……
The trouble here is the rampers hype every teeny tiny bit of possible news up and when it comes the few that have possibly bought into their bs and offload, the daily detective work into every trade and the reasons for the falls just show how desperate the rampers are getting.
Posters can go on about the gazillions of gold, copper, diamonds or whatever is underground but until there is a coherent strategy to mine this then there are huge risks to this share.
The comparisons to Noront are like comparing Exxon to Enron ….it just isn’t worth the effort to shoot the clowns down anymore, the sp does that daily
There are no games!
The simple explanation is usually the right one.
It’s a company in trouble that has an asset that nobody wants. The minerals will be still be in the ground long after solgold has gone and the majors will be able to write this down and move on or pick the bones if they still interested in the asset.
It’s the over extended retail investors that alway feel the real pain.
Most are in too deep to be worthwhile selling, just don’t put more capital after bad!
Agree with your comment on who feels the most pain Texasmincer, but 'nobody wants the asset' - really? I don't know that to be true but the shareholder register, commodity outlook and industry commentary tell me the opposite is tue. But I guess that's the point of the BB... differing opinions. I guess one day we'll know who ends up right or wrong and one thing is for sure, we're one day closer to finding out. C
The drop from 17p pretty much coincides with Scot repeatedly stating the strategic review has no end… that was the point the smart and financially shrewd bailed… presumably until there was some clarity.. If Solgold are not ready to announce the end of the strategic review, surely there is nothing stopping them announcing some progress, some direction or form it’s taking.
They could for example, announce they have taken the decision to sell off an asset, Porvenir say, to fund future company development, will begin the process of inviting discussions and simultaneously continue to work on the strategic review of the rest of the business portfolio..
Just an example, but the markets would see at least some clarity of thought, funding route and direction..
The absolute silence just screams malaise, lack of progress and doubts about managements ability to deliver.. The price today reflects this.
All eyes now on PFS… if it doesn’t deliver the big cost reductions, as promised, things could turn far worse.
