Thankyou Jezzoo; you have also tried to explain the same thing I just wrote.
I hope Quady is able to understand your version better than mine.
But I fear that he is so autistic he is unable to relate to anything anyone else says, though.
Quady - Dilution has occurred FOR THE ORIGINAL SHAREHOLDERS, as their % ownership of the company has halved.
That's why businesses offer a RIGHTS ISSUE, to allow existing shareholders to maintain their proportional ownership of the company and therefore their power.
This is GCSE Business Studies 101.
SH. You are probably stuck in the Western 21st century business paradigm , where short-termism, ab-reaction to short-termism, and the desire for immediate monetisation of every aspect of the economy is the dominant business model.
But there are parties who are able to think and act strategically, over a longer time period, as they are not driven by careerism, immediate results and short term investor returns, share prices performance determined by this quarter's divi payment etc. Some countries have a more centrally planned and financed model.
Not mentioning any names, but we have an inkling who thinks and acts like this, so who is likely to end up with this plum asset.
I don't live and work in the UK, but in my adopted country put extreme pressure on me to take the jab. I saw a number of issues with the narrative, and refused.
As a consequence, after the lockdown, we had to have a Vaccine Passport on our phone. As I refused the jab, I had to have a medical test every other day, at my time and expense, to 'prove my negative status .' This was uploaded to my phone app. I then, every morning, had to present this app to an armed guard outside my place of work, to allow me into the premises and do my job to put food on my children's plates. Some of my friends were dismissed and sent home, without any income or means of support, as they refused the 'medication.'
That whole oppressive and totalitarian system then, one day, just disappeared, as if it never happened.
All in the name of ' The Science. '
It will inform us a great deal about your intelligence and judgement.
FYI, I am pureblood, have had Covid twice ( or more ) and came through it just fine.
Whereas, two of my family who have taken the 'medicine' have died in suspicious circumstances, and many of my colleagues are frequently sick or debilitated.
I now have a deep suspicion for ' the science ' ( in the 21st century ) and the very many charlatans who circle the drain.
" Targeting potent warheads to the tumour microenvironment " " AVA6000 is the first clinical-stage pre|CISIONTM molecule. It is a peptide drug conjugate that leverages the tumour-specific expression of FAP. "
Elizabeth Holmes couldn't have said it better, BuenaVista.

Stop and read these headline statements from the Avacta website.
A combination of Marketing undergraduate wordsalad and Poindexter jargon. In this context, it just looks and sounds ridiculous.
Same old story, if you step back from your own emotional involvement and bias. Product touted as next big thing, but not yet sufficient convincing evidence to elicit support from potential partners. As always, looking for funds, direction, a strategic plan and outside help. i've seen hundreds like this over the years.
This weeks hype. I wonder who you really are, and why you are carrying water here, though.
Be very suspicious of the Hoopla. This has 141 chats, top of the chat board, which piqued my interest, so I stroll over and find.
Ramping and cheerleading over, as B2HS2L says, the announcement of a new leader. From the hype, you would think it's the Second Coming.
This, in my experience, is a bad sign. A crew is trying to offload stock, hence the ballyhoo. Look at the chart, this is a risky microstock, with finance problems, a track record of failure and poor strategy. Don't believe the hype, be drawn in and get left holding the bag.
Unless you are very familiar with the industry, an insider, stay well away from this sector of the market.
Full of pump and dump, jam tomorrow, insider trading, lies and manipulation. Famous for it.
If a mine is a hole in the ground, with a liar standing next to it, then a pharma minnow is snakeoil, touted as a cure for cancer.
Beware. The technical chart looks like a trainwreck, and even this ' great ' news has not inspired the SP to move.
Yes, some good news will be needed to move the shares from Lanstead and out of speculative traders' hands, and into the hands of serious stake builders. Patience needed, but what potential !
Oh the joy of watching others' projection.......
Quady says - " they sell at a level set and then set a buy level just high enough to make say fifty pounds. "
By the way Quady, you might want to check page 16 of the Gazette, as there is a coupon for tuppence ha'penny off a loaf of Hovis at Spar, while stocks last, mind.
