Mather ..... Don't ask S to do your homework for you, look it up yourself.
Mathersfinger - forever the eternal optimist.
One day you’re going to wake up dead waiting for this wedding stock to ride!
Another day another local recruited by Solg, no doubt.

Sean,
Never heard that expression a shill, would you care to explain the meaning
Mathersfinger, you do that most of us are here to make money from our investment and not to go on a magical, decades long journey through the junior miner cycle?
We were at 26p in 2017 and we are at 26p today. That's despite all the new discoveries and proving up of this mammoth, world class resource since then.
And you accuse of of "bleating"?
An unkind person would suspect you were a shill of some sort. Not I of course. But come on, we are surely entitled to our opinions and there isn't much to be positive about this morning. Or this time next year.
There's only 2 words that matter in that RNS: "equity raise".
All the other stuff is wishful nonsense and smoke and mirrors , because right now, at this stage, if they had ANY realistic alternatives in place to an equity raise they would have waited till they were successfully pursuing them and wouldn't have released this nothing burger of an RNS at all.
Pretty clear from here on in, any increase in the MCAP will be matched by an increase in new shares printed. Once again, the small retail investor with a static holding finds himself at the bottom of an escalator, wanting to climb it, and the DOWN button is about to be switched on .
I'm finally realising why I keep hearing Kate Bush's "Running Up That Hill" on the radio this summer. It's our theme tune.
One thing which was interesting was the mention of "strategic investors". Was this mentioned in order to get BHP in line? I'm not sure how happy they'd be if another major popped up on the register.
I wonder at what stage will BHP say enough is enough? Surely they're going to have to make up their minds at some point and perhaps the potential emergence of a competitor as a significant shareholder would be it?
A disappointing damp squib of an RNS! Thanks Solgold!
We all knew at some point money needed to be raised, now everyone is bleating about it not knowing how they intend to do it exactly.
So the rest of the RNS is ignored, why?
You see what you want to see and look forward to your next moan, weird to say the least.
This board is becoming a miserable place to unleash your frustrations out without seeing any upside, eggs and omelettes

Ingo wouldn't have let a rambling RNS like this, full of innuendo, go out...
Remember, he did the cash box....innovative and successful...
We can assume an equity raise...with all the fluff and courting of major investors, they will participate...
The Nomad will be supporting the SP...
The raise will be seen to go quite well and...
The SPwilll drop back after leaving bargain hunting opportunities...
I could be completely wrong but to cover off all the mentioned bases surely you need up to $100m...
Glad I switched some stock into ATYM last week...
I'll be back...
Agreed… apart from the warintza overspill information, which was nice to hear, this does seem like an odd RNS.
Have they completely failed to get others interested in our regionals?
Addicknt it's called issue a load of generic BS.that should keep the plebs quite for a will
Solgold have resolved the missing deadline problem.
There is no deadline
Pretty straightforward, isn't it? and confirms what we already knew.
Effectively, it says we need cash and we're talking to various people about that issue.
Strange that they felt obliged to release this statement.
I think solgold are showing ccontemptfor it's loyal share holders and are spending money like confetti and achieving nothing
So basically it says anything could happen
And we are none the wiser
More funds needed is in their RNS . Ummh !
SolGold is investigating a number of strategic initiatives to provide the Company with funding options for the development of Cascabel and progression of regional projects.
Except DBW missed that awful caveat: EQUITY RAISE!
Was that on purpose DBW?

Usually not a good idea to if the market you are about to raise ….. let’s see ….. I’m not expecting anything too onerous
1-1.8 billion value added ,I wonder how much this possible fund raise is going to be adding yet more shares to the company ,in the future there's going to be a consolidation if this isn't sold off imho that will not benefit us shareholders imho
Warning shot to BHP equity raise at fair price or we will look at streaming deals or a JV with others. That and they really want to stick a drill in Tinkimints.
Well there's your RNS ,good ,bad,in the interests of all shareholders who's going to come out winners now?
“SolGold also continues to assess potential alternative funding structures which may involve strategic investors”
Hmmmm
Who would want to buy Cornerstone...a portfolio of prospects with ENSA the jewel in the crown...
I think CGP would rather S/O bought SOLG...much better economically for them...
No Talatum...
At 15% you have to state your intentions regarding the stake...they would reach that...
At 30% they would have to state whether they intend to make a bid...3% short of that...
So from their point of view I see a 51% stake in Cascabel as preferable pro tem at least...but then why not bid for the whole ball of wax...?
