Director board members buying, must have some confidence.
Turnover 17/18 million but company valued at 50 million, weird,
Think this is the new board for Grafenia following the name change
8p a share! There was always a nagging doubt that some unexpected fees would apply, because the trading sell price was 7p, but nothing went wrong!

Thanks mate Iwill pass on, will get him to read your post. He just asked me today and just wanted to try and help. Appreciated
re sft your mate could (imo) start by ringing Westhouse Securities Tim Metcalfe / Richard Baty 020 7601 6100 Tavistock Communications Simon Compton 020 7920 3150-think there was mention in earlier rns that if ALL shareholders took up offer, they couldnt guarantee payment etc. not sure of developments since. unless major shareholder doesnt take up/gives an undertaking-that could be useful for the small holders? see both rns http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=SFT&ArticleCode=7e4py1kv& ArticleHeadline=Interim_Results_and_Tender_Offer http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=SFT&ArticleCode=sj3xtdkc&ArticleHeadline=PROPOSED_CANCELLATION_OF_ADMISSION_TO_AIM randy-westhouse securities are a good start-i dare not comment or try and guess (dont want to be seen as giving advice). all the info is in the rns. gl :-)
I want to sell, but the bid-offer spread is painful at 7p - 8p. If the Tender Offer is at 8p I wonder if there is a way of directly taking up the tender offer and getting 8p rather than the 7p through the online share brokers?
yes-was being synical eh? we dont have a choice i think- better to get back 8p than to languish at the crud sp weve had of late thanks to mr no brainer who screwed up the you know what-other things to invest like more shares in .... sure you can sorta bed n brek it at a loss in amongst your ginormous profits you 50% er lol :-)
It's the come back soon bit. If it ever does come back, what are the chances it will be alot higher to buy!! Not sure if I am happy as I have been along term holder. This is slightly lower than my average but what choice do I have considering the bit - Those shareholders who want to continue to hold may do so, although they should understand that as the shares will no longer be traded on a market they may not be able to dispose of their shareholding in the company easily or at all.
http://www.investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=201009141311346602S now digested.thanks sinosoft.under the circumstances-you came clean, ill have my cheque and good luck trading away from aim-ps come back soon!! shame about the incident and the damage caused to you and us :-)
meant to add-some of the long term holders wont be happy with 8p -deepends what u got in at and how long for-time is money etc.all conjecture of course.
thanks for that-can you post the link-been thrown a sidewinder from watching the biggest pile of sh..t ever posted on the beloved herencia board. if its what you say then you get a cheque for 8p a share? (without reading too much) and im certainly banking mine. if i recall rightly this company has plenty of money-is doing well, other than the blip recently (matey got the sack) and doesnt actually need to be listed on aim-hardly needs our investment--not that many invest on it in recent times.just a quick thought.:-) shame tho-nice divis brooksy will tell you.
There is an RNS on results and more importantly a proposal to buy back shares at 8p and cancellation from AIM. What are peoples thoughts?
the price jumped back up without news or trades-although spread wide, is one to assume they got over that nasty little saga recently and an rns is due? will we see movement? :-)
wazhapninereme hearty? still dropping.
so is that it he reisgns? how about a fuller explanation? LONDON, July 16 (Reuters) - Sinosoft Technology Plc: * Loss arose from foreign exchange contracts entered into in the second half of May 2010 * Mr liu biao, the company's investment officer, has resigned from the company. ((London Equities Newsroom; +44 20 7542 7717))
Been away with the wife and only had limited internet, managed to read the Rns though. I expect the management to bring some kind of claim against who ever is responsible. The share price will rise back were it should be im sure and i am infact buying more early next week. This is a one off cost which will be paid out of there excess cash. Ps very well done to those of you who got in under 5p
small article in business section of the financial times, business section today, confirming the news re friday rns. :-((
i would like to see the board clarify-exactly-what has happened when they carry out the investigation also a further rns to explain in more detail as it doesnt give us an idea as to whats happened exactly then i hope the sp will be restored to where it belongs. confidence during this time is crucial imo
Does anyone know what the RNS is saying. Is it a one off (rogue trader, trying to make money on exchange rates) or will this affect next years profits. If its a 1 off, SP should be back up+ in the 2nd half ?
i thought a proper audit would have picked this up, isnt that what audits are for? who the f were their auditors? maybe sino will tell the auditors their ass is grass and sinos the lawnmower? :--))
thanks: damn it- i bought in after research, after divi date, never expecting this. your thoughts on bouncing back as theyve always been profitable in the past, reserves etc, forward thinking- what do you envisage in laymans terms has happened? surely their reporting recently is wrong, sucking us in - trusting accountants again? :-))
From the share news above: LONDON (Dow Jones)--Sinosoft Technology PLC (SFT.LN), a software company, said Friday it has recently closed certain foreign exchange contracts which have, in aggregate, resulted in a net loss to the company of approximately $3.8 million, and as a consequence of this it expects to report a loss for the first half of 2010. MAIN FACTS: -Group's cash and cash equivalents at June 30 will be materially below the $14.9 million at Dec. 31 reported in the Company's audited accounts. -The exact nature of this trading activity is being investigated as the Board is of the opinion that it had not authorized this level of exposure to foreign currency derivatives. -Shares closed Thursday at 7.38 pence.
