Hi all, I was invested in Sareum from 2020 until around the end of 2022 and I must say I'm shocked an appalled by the share price today. The Board of Directors need to hang their heads in shame considering the wind that was in their sails in 2021 and where things are now. Appointing Peel Hunt, the consolidation and the awful terms of the funding package have been crippling. I feel for all investors both long and short term - you deserve far better.
Agreed, the shareholders want and deserve an update, along with an explanation and future plan. IMMEDIATELY!
An EGM should be called for and a post-mortem of what has caused this and who should be laid open it has been a sh@t show
Glen, totally agree, we need an urgent statement from the Bod , their silence is extremely worrying and insulting to say the least
There is no denying the tumble this share has endured over the last 12 months or so but particularly more recently Rebster.
It doesn't matter what the science is. Those of us who believed in this and put thousands of our hard earned money behind it over the years are sitting on huge losses. No one at SAR is
Puma/Rat
Your words... 'As I stated in my original post on this matter, it is impossible for anyone to know, unless they have seen the contract between Riverfort and Sareum.'
Yet you continue to plague this board with your rubbish, trying g to make out you know what's going on behind the scenes...even after admitting you dont own shares here...
Do everyone a favour and vanish
?
To be honest, Zed, anything to stop the bleeding.
Exactly Aberystwyth. No change to the number of shares issued as warrants already. And they would have to pay for them and I don't think RF have a pot to p.ss in.
As many on this board, I've been watching the slowest of slow motion car crashes in a state of shock and sadness.
Whilst I was fortunate enough to take enough off the table in 2021 to retire, I still hold a 6 figure number (qty now not value) of shares.
One option that hasn't been discussed or I don't think it would be in lieu of an even more damaging dilution would be still sell a stake in SDC 1801 or 1802.
Thoughts.

Inevitable dilution. Uncertain outcome of clinical tests. My experience of warrants is that they become worthless. As an LTH i cannot but hold on.I knew the risks and only myself to blame. Ultimately i know my loss which though substantial i can bear. Just another AIM bio company casualty.Nothing new it keeps on happening. I do not believe in miracles.
I see no ambiguity ... The statement is very clear ... simple change in price but no additional warrants allocated ..
"Should the Company undertake a share placing during each relevant Warrant Term, the Warrant Price will be reset to the placing price if the resultant Warrant Price would be lower."
Good try to trick us all though !!!!
I believe Hood has incorrectly spread information on massive dilution expectations from the Warrant situation ... BUT I do not believe the information he provided is accurate and is more an attempt to PANIC investors .. The WARRANT wording is as follows
"Should the Company undertake a share placing during each relevant Warrant Term, the Warrant Price will be reset to the placing price if the resultant Warrant Price would be lower."
The warrants have already been allotted - so there were 800K+ allotted from the initial £2M @ £1.43;
If there is a placing at 15p Say then the warrant price will alter to 15p for the 800K warrants but there will be NO MORE warrants allocated at the lower price .. so please do not be tricked by the malicious BS of this individual !!!
Please be aware that this individual is not invested in SAR and only has one agenda ;
Hi Alan
A few years ago they were millionaires. On paper at least.
So they won’t be happy as it stands I know I’m not. It’s far too late in the day for me to change so the lower it goes the more I will buy . Good luck 🤞
I am surprised by the silence of the BODs. how can they see SP getting destroyed on a daily basis. if all is good with science and results imminent, why can't they secure funding ? Highly disappointed.
There is plenty of FUD here that coincides with the larger sells - I suspect it is all a PH/RF offensive on the sp. It is quite obvious and not very subtle.
Never mind, if it is keeping somebody in a job then there is some benefit to it
Only for as long as they have those shares though. Try looking beyond the end of your nose.
I think your response is for me Katstrangler. From here for example I can invest £5k and double it quite easily. I don't have one buy that defines what I am doing but several. Bring it on is what I say. It won't be a "hard bounce" to bail everyone out as there will be sellers on the way back up who will gladly take 100% profit at 30p for example.
You are not pouring scorn on my investment just displaying your own myopic and negative view. That,s fine.
Doom, gloom, more doom agendas. Suspect its RF wanting to monetise its remaining shares before year end rather than people baling. So yes downward pressure until news at least
Those rounded sells could already be placing shares being forward sold?
It does look like 15 is going to break.
wouldn't be adding even punt money until the funding is resolved.
Sorry for pouring scorn on your holding.
Even if you believe in its future.
at sub 15p dilution is going to multiply the issued shares so whatever your target price previously, you can halve that, at least.
and also going to have to consider who will put money into this for a quick buck as can't see many new investors looking to hold for payday in years. so, unless you believe the current sp will bounce hard on secure funding, don't see how it'll work for current pi's?
It really doesn’t matter who is right and who is wrong does it. Stick to your own strategy/beliefs and make your own decisions.
The sp may well fall if there is a cash call but I will buy even more because I believe in the science and the potential here. There won’t be a better opportunity to make money with 737 on a new trajectory and 1801 Ph1a results due imminently. But that’s just my thinking and strategy. Others may disagree as their timeline and strategy is completely different to mine. If the company were to go bust then yes, I am wrong. Plenty of upside if it doesn’t. “Round and round she goes, where she stops - nobody knows”
I'd be 'happy' to get at least half my initial investment back at the moment, so long as it's soon.
That way I can plough it all back into GGP, which at the currently suppressed sp over there would give me almost another 500k more shares than when I first sold some to invest over here, as was always the plan.
Would have been nice to have seen the 'massive payday' that some have alluded to, however if we get taken out 'on the cheap' for anything over £1.75 a share, though far from ideal, would be a bit of a relief.
I realise that there are a lot of LTHs who have been invested here for decades and they would have my fullest sympathies, as would those still U/W.
In the meantime let's see if they can 'pull a rabbit out of a hat' but not holding my breath! 😔
