It is the first day, relevant to this update so might be a some more who listen in the days, weeks ahead, I don't know how that compares to previous interviews but know that there are plenty of interviews across a few companies that I have listened to a fair bit later than the announcements and retrospectively...
Lack of interest in RRR interview- I show this has received 65 views, does anyone else show a higher count?
I do like listening to the updates and find them informative but they dont seem to attract a large audience
Nothing's changed for me personally Banbury, I just thought it was Nice...
No mention of Lithium and the mercurial 200 tonnes in either.
I think the plan is to lull shareholders into thinking they dreamt the whole thing.
Sounds like you are the first success/ victim Nike ?
So there’s a “reach” RNS and a stock box interview, both of which in my opinion was just to try and lure in some buyers to allow the placees to get out at a profit! Doesn’t look like many of any fell for it - Must try harder ! Maybe call in Lenigas again, it worked last time !
All this talk of having a nap... Have to admit with all due respect, I had a nap during the interview, rewound it back, had another nap... Three or four naps later, I finally listened to everything in enough detail to understand the strands of what he was saying.
Have to say it happens with other company YouTubes as well but more so with this one, probably because the boss has a relaxed style and perhaps his pitch to my ear.
I did think it was a good interview on a good day...
Doggie, as I said English Comprehension
Why would anyone pay SA VAT on exports out of SA? VAT doesn't work that way.
Let's just agree you are one of these reramping shysters who doesn't actually understand anything.
Helpful, go have a nap, you make no sense.
Nothing to do with cost but RRR didn't want to pay the supposed VAT?
No Doggie, as I said. It was nothing to do with cost. It was at the airport when the customs tried charge them $140k in VAT. Maybe if you sleep on it, it will penetrate.
DYOR
I do - for sure if it's coming in from outside the country there will be vat and duty to pay. And best of luck trying to reclaim the vat. Look at the problems Shanta Gold have had trying to reclaim vat on imported machinery.
Helpful and VAT on Burkina Faso
just another example of a "plan' meeting reality
IMO most companies would have addressed this issue prior to announcing the equipment had been sent with estimated arrival times on site.
Even more telling is the delay in communicating this issue to the public
Your own credibility in touting production and cash flow numbers is also negatively impacted
this is an unforced error by RRR however the bottom line is that it now appears to be moving forward with significant potential in the near term
Who cares? Looks like you do by how quick you took to answer😉
Anyway, I called that one right, said it was going to be too expensive by air.
Well Doggie, the actual figure was $140k and it is referenced in AB's interview.
1. That is a lot of money
2. RRR would never get it back
3. The kit is now going together and so you can conclude that the issue now been resolved.
PS who cares what you believe? You are a non-shareholder trying to deramp the price to get a lower buy in and have been doing it for weeks non-stop. Why bother trying to deramp the share price of a company that you hold so little regard for? Sad!
DYOR
'When the initial plant got to the airport ready to be flown in, customs or someone tried to charge over $100,000 in VAT.'
Who believes this???
Zumore Sams payback will be a stake FASO Greenstones.
The question for RRR shareholders is what is Greenstones ownership FASO government 15% RRR x % and Sam [ Riverstones] z %.
I suspect RRRs x percent will be decreasing the more Sam funds us
LoL Helpful. Today, I learnt some commercial nous from you. Tax of $100k which in my experience is either it is fiction or somewhat rather strange in that exercise duty is not paid in that way, so I reserve comment. Suffice to say, I learnt something of real value and in real life, I will note this. As for snakes, oh, my , that is something in real life to take note of as well. So, my outlook will be to take even more due care than I have done in the past. Thank you so much. God Bless.
News, re DRC.
The person causing us some issues previously was a Minister, he is no longer a Minister. There are two routes out of this: do a deal directly with VUP (but dealing with them is like trying to hug a snake) or wait for the Arbitration to be concluded. The Arbitration has to be signed off by the Chief of Staff but he is busy till the Cabinet is signed off. So what AB is saying is that VUP either signs and we move on but we are not getting in any jiggery pokery or we wait for the Arbitration award. If we do a deal with the people who are in charge of VUP but there is jiggery pokery such that the owners of VUP don't get what they are expecting ($7.5 mil) then all hell will let loose.

That was my assumption also. As they say, STRIKE when the iron is hot and all that re: RRR Australia IPO. Yes, I did check Companies House as well after your kind mention of the tweet. As for RRR Australia, Southern Cross Gold on the ASX has gone up further to some A$210m mkt cap just for 49% of SUNDAY CREEK Victoria, Australia. I posted about Sunday Creek on the RRR.L site. Essentially, NGM got the licence and they did TRENCHING [very narrow type trenches which a person cant walk in & they look like holes to me. So, maybe, they wanted to save money. Anyway, they found gold and they SOLD the licence to Mawson of Canada. What I found out is: VICTORIA gold tends to be nuggetty and NGM said that it is harder to evaluate ie model but the DISSEMINATED type of gold is easier. However, there is DISSEMINATED type gold in Victoria, so perhaps that is where RRR Australia comes in @Ballarat area. However, the SKY BLUE is still with KILMORE, the next door licence to Sunday Creek. As you indicate which RRR confirmed , it will be IPO, Sale or JV. I think that it may be more of a SALE or JV. Why? The hottest stock on ASX, Australia is Rin.... DL wanted to buy the licence but the chap didnt want to sell but rather he wanted to IPO in Australia as it is the hot Paterson region. So, the IPO went ahead but after a short while , the Chairman left and this is typical of Aussie co's. The only director left was the Aussie who took a A$2m mkt cap to over A$1bn for a coal co. So, two new directors step in ie Harvey and he held senior geo positions in Fortescue which is a billions $ co in Australia. Ah, in steps DL as Executive Chairman and what have you now, the WEST ARUNTA bull's eye anomaly and the stock has gone up >100% ie up hugely every day. So, the man that can take RRR Australia forward will probably be DL since he is in the hottest Aussie stock and the anomaly IF it turns out like the WA1 anomaly, then $bn here she comes - all in the RNS/Ann. Did I HEAR CORRECTLY ABOUT DRC from Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR as he seems to have a cold? Thank you. Mon, 29.4.24
Just because Bell said Sam Mahendran or unofficial JV partner doesn't mind paying for things when money is needed that doesn't mean that he/they won't want it paying back.

“😂😂😂 You couldn’t make it up 😂😂😂”
You wanna bet? This shower are capable of making up anything. The bigger the pork is the better as far as they’re concerned.

News. Re NBGC, that tweet by them makes me think that we are due some action imminently. Market conditions have changed in Australia: they are back to when Fosterville South was all the rage. I think we will hear something on the IPO shortly. I don't know but I suspect it is case of deciding whether to go for sale, JV or IPO and if IPO which route to go down: there is more than one way to IPO a cat.

Afternoon. Helpful. Thanks for the Ballarat Gold Corp tweet and the Elephant link. Ah, exploratory wells were done and light hydrocarbon etc. With regards to the interview by Mr Bell today, I gather that the President needs to be in the DRC and it will need his stamp as well, inc Parliament ie procedural and all that. This is the subject that Maidit308 and myself are interested in as well. Very helpful to know that VAT was postulated. Recommend. Afternoon, Maidit308 - I have been reading but I have been enjoying myself not having to reply to noise etc. Keeping a low profile ie no need to do community notes LoL. Thank you. Mon, 29.4.24.
😂😂😂 You couldn’t make it up 😂😂😂
So there you have the answer re the delay. When the initial plant got to the airport ready to be flown in, customs or someone tried to charge over $100,000 in VAT.
The kit is now going via another mechanism but it is all the kit in one go rather than just one plant.
Alongside the initial "trial" production, they will be doing the work to secure an industrial level production licence: that is "fully mechanised".
