🤡. It appears that you were constantly playing truant during maths classes with the fantasy figures you constantly quote on here. Tic, toc old boy, laters.
RRR owns 100% of Faso Minerals Ltd - registered in GB.
At 30th June 23 FML held 100% of FASO Greenstone Resources SARL.
Absolute key to shareholder investment decisions and how much Bibelle is worth to RRR is how much of Greenstones do we own ? Is it still 100% ?. If so brilliant if less Company really should update.
No Doggie.... You really don't do the English Comprehension thing very well: didn't they do Comprehension at your school?
Anyway, looks like you won't get your buy in opportunity regardless of how much you troll.
Woof
AIM it's either dilution or giving away a larger part of FASO we are torn between a rock and a hard place ! They will IMO chose giving away more of FASO as its outside the public domain.
I have allways wondered how they funded Q1 as cash on hand at 31st Dec was really low. I do wonder if instead of loans ( no charges at CH to evidence) we were leveredging our holding in FASO.
Interesting one.
Can't be too far away if it was done at 11an ? watching and waiting ATM, and this is not the time to engage with trolls IMO, as AB AND TEAM can do with all the help and support they can get in there quest to get production going ASAP arguing with trolls who is desperate for a reaction on there every post in these delicate moments certainly won't help the cause..
BTW ZAK IS NOW CHARTING DAILY GOLD and he is saying if it holds above $2310 like its been doing then the next leg is $2400 +
On the face of it RRR own the company applying for the licence and permit but others are funding the set up costs.
RRR does not have a brass farthing so our partners have us over a barrel.
Most likely investment is for an equity share if its that good.
The terms will be interesting so 42.5% RRR 42.5% Riverstone 15% FASO government.
RRR gave away quite a large percentage of ALR for a very small amount of funding [75% down to 47% according to our resident insider Helpful]
Key question for Investors is how much of the FASO company does RRR own.
We won't be told in my opinion but it's massively relevant as it's the net due to RRR in project updates that matter NOT the gross.
Company has an obligation in my opinion to make this clear in updates as it influences shareholder decisions.
Helpful how do you stay upright with those clown shoes you wear 😂
You foolishly tied yourself to the timeline and now we are having a placing and @ 0.2p-0.3p? Every village has one and your village has sent out a search party looking for you... 🤡
Doggie, that is your timeline. Not anyone else's.
If RRR places shares at 0.2p is anyone bovvered? or 0.3p?
You refer to a dilution but what matters is what use the money is put to and at what price the shares are placed and who to? If RRR needed to raise more money for Bilbale, I wouldn't have an issue (NB I don't think it does).
Suddenly, you are worried about dilution. People are normally only worried about dilution if the assets are worth something: your fellow trolls contend that the assets are worth nothing and so what would be the issue about dilution?

No one beleive the hype any more. It has to produce and deliver.
News on 200 tonnes well overdue it was supposed to be exported after the Chinese New year late Feb early March.
Note the company is no longer referring to this and imo would love to wish it away.
Shareholders should not let them do that as it says a lot about RRR.
To be fair Helpful you said on a numerous occasions first production was mid April [ so tying it down you Helpful said week commencing 15th April or week commencing 22nd]
That was miles off.
You also said Tin Hill would produce 1-5m tonnes of Lithium. The 200 tonnes has been lost. As a 10% holder of ALR your information / advice is absolutely pants.
The Nomad has passed on including the FASO in a proper RNS. As such it must be considered an aspiration rather than anything of substance.
Let's see how it gets on but your track record is appaling and the company is not far behind.
Muted market response tells you everything.
Helpful subtle or not you really should read and digest what is written. You have stated that the plant will now be up/running/producing before another placing is required ie 42 days. Tic toc old boy 🤡
Doggie, maybe this a bit subtle for you but I was referencing your timeline not mine.
Again, this might be a bit subtle for you but even RRR doesn't need 100+ people for one 5 tph wash plant; maybe the plans are now much larger? Maybe Willem's report has influenced what they think is possible? 1m+ Oz is big..... Heavy plant coming from Asia, sounds big to me...
DYOR
Helpful 'Given your own timeline, Bilbale will be in production before funding is required.'
helpful, you said it was going to be in production a few weeks ago? So now you are backtracking and saying it will be in production before funding is required. Let's see how that timeline ages, shall we??? 🤡
Thanks HP''

Madit - I know your not the sharpest but for the SP to go up someone must be buying and see value.
No one is seeing value unfortunately.
Bell / Helpful and all his mates would be hooving up shares in the billions if thiscwas a bargain.
The way it works is loads of hype so the placees including Helpful and the board can sell into a rise created by the small PI herd.
It's been done so many times the herd is not interested. All the last interviews and RNS have garnered little buying interest.
If they had a proper NOMAD accredited RNS as opposed to the one sided marketing of a REACH communication that might change.
Later today. Supposedly doing it at 11am.
Any idea when that interview.is expected HP'' ?
Regards
Latino - welcome to the Board.
Couple of observations to note :
- This is reach RNS. So little more than a news letter and no price sensative information. The Nomad seems very careful on RRR.
- The SP has been in terminal decline for twenty years and fund raises happen frequently 160 of them to date. Over 100bn shares adjusting for a 25 to 1 share consolidation.
- Company has yet to deliver on any milestones / promises on Lithium and Copper.
- Faso really tough place to do business. Anti western sentiment growing and third headline on this mornings world service news. German and French media banned as well as British and American.
- Any rise is allways sold into by placees. They were in at 0.051p and investers wanting the exit.
- the poster Helpful participates in placings, holds CLNs and 10% of ALR the Lithium arm. He is not objective.
It may come good but lots of risks IMO
If you don't mind me asking what attracted you to this board ?
All the best and you are in atva better price than most.
Doggie, you need to get your rabies shot. Too much foaming about one issue.
Given your own timeline, Bilbale will be in production before funding is required. Ideally, we do a deal on RRAL that gives RRR some cash, pre-IPO funding and a decent residual position for RRR.
Try reading it again, why would we need over 100 bodies there for one wash plant? Maybe there will be a lot more than one wash plant? Remember the comment, "initially on four sites".
Check the videos on wash plants, you will see they need 3/4 people per plant, then you need people for the diggers, the trucks and in this case, catering. This now a big operation and will produce a lorra, lorra gold.
I look forward to his interview.

This is why they are embarking on an aggressive program, initial camp set-up on site early as next week…
The Company is currently arranging four time-critical workstreams: (a) transport of the washing and production equipment necessary for operations to Burkina Faso, (b) the passports and other paperwork for some 25 expert external staff who will be required to be in Burkina for the commencement of operations, (c) transport from Asia of hire plant for excavation, and (d) preparation of initial camp accommodation and eating and security facilities on site for an initial daytime workforce expected to exceed a hundred people. The first two of these workstreams have been subject to bureaucratic delays and some additional cost factors but are now under way.
The CEO and other senior personnel will be on site to oversee camp preparations from late next week, with a view to starting operations at scale from early June after arrival of personnel and equipment. This timetable is subject to no further delays at customs or in passport issuance or other official paperwork requirements.
Red Rock CEO Andrew Bell comments: "We are absolutely committed to driving this project to scaleable operation within weeks. Great progress has been made to overcome delays, and we have been working, and will continue to work, day and night, seven days a week, on this critical project implementation phase, with strict cost control."
Authorities traditionally struggle to control the artisanal sector which, the mines ministry says, produces an additional 10 tonnes of gold a year. ??
THAT'S A FKN LOT OF GOLD ON THE MISSING LIST FROM A COUNTRY THAT CAN ILL AFFORD IT'' IT NEED TO STOP NOW''

IF THEY DON'T PUT UP SP ON THIS UPDATE TODAY THEN THEY ARE BEEN A CNT''
Brilliant RNS Gold gold gold FKN everywhere a whole community of illegal miners, that seems to have stop recently, that can only be a good thing going forward'' now'' and as i said before we need to get them on side ? AB has already source 100 staff and will perhaps need at least 250 to stamp out corruptions in the future IMO, even if the cost goes up'' as with such high grade, the revenue with this kind of prices will be enormous
LOOKING FORWARD TO JUNE AND THE REST OF THE YEAR
GL all invested genuinely
WELL DONE AB AND TEAM, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK'' THE SP WILL REACT WHEN THE SP REACT
