When his 17th April holding RNS was released 3 days ago i made a mistake because i thought he hadn't sold any. I thought that because i saw identical 510 million share amounts in that RNS and the 22nd March RNS and i saw a 10% holding and momentary i thought i was back in pre-share consolidation days when RRR had over 5 billion shares in issue, so i wrongly thought that 510 million shares in those RNSses was his 10%. So that's why i wrongly thought he hadn't sold. But in that 17th April RNS he of course had sold some and it seems he had sold on the 13th April which was the day it was announced that 140,000 0.66p warrants had been converted into RRR shares. So that he seems to sell when the bigger warrant holders convert could dissuade a few larger warrant holders or even CLN holders from converting, especially if warrants or CLNs are only 20% or so above warrant or CLN price. Because if you convert and this triggers Peter G to start offloading then Peter G may drag the price down and neither the CLN or warrant holders may not be able to make any profit.
That Para RNS doesn't read well TBH. From the link: "Milling operations commenced in late November 2017 with a six month ramp up schedule to full production expected in June 2018" "The focus now is on re-commencing mining operations in the El Limon underground" "There were some minor setbacks during February some of which we have overcome and rectified and others where solutions are in process" "on schedule to achieve full production by July of this year" Plain to see why RRR haven't provided any royalty revenue figures since the March quarter 2017!
It looks like the El Limon gold money might start to improve. I don't know why no payments are reported but their production is up. http://pararesourcesinc.com/para-provides-update-february-2018-production-el-limon-mine/
Well Luckdog, just google manganese forecasts and you'll find out what the markets are predicting. Here's one article: https://www.metalbulletin.com/Article/3767392/FORECAST-Citi-predicts-30-drop-in-high-grade-manganese-ore-prices-by-late-2018.html Predicting a 30% drop in Manganese by end of 2018
Can’t see it dropping down to 30s magic. Unless manganese falls off dramatically Div for this 6 months will be huge
My take on JMS. Share holders have held this stock without being able to sell it for a long time and think that quite a high percentage of early trading were individuals exiting. Just before JMS announced the first buy back I had to opportunity to buy nearly 3m shares @ $0.20 AUD which I turned down at the time as I wasn't prepared to pay more then $0.15 . Prior to this point had bought around 2.5M shares at an average purchase price of $0.108 AUD. I have a bet with someone I know that actively trades and thinks that JMS will reach $2.00 in the next couple of years. Wildly optimistic target price in my opinion. Personally I see this share reaching $0.60 - $0.85 within the next 18 months. Have a good weekend!
Another reduction in trading volume last night. Day 1 - Volume 54m Day 2 - Volume 12m Day 3 - Volume 8.7m As ever the events massively hyped by the shameless rampers turn out to be total damp squibs. https://www.asx.com.au/asx/markets/equityPrices.do?by=asxCodes&asxCodes=JMS I can see the JMS SP dropping into the 30c-40c levels
Haha Zumore, you're absolutely right of course. PG was bigged up by the rampers as a great "activist" investor who was uber confident here. Now that he is dumping you should see the lame comments from the usual suspects over on ADVFN. Utterly comical. Maestro/Neo reckons PG doesn't know what he is doing and that he shouldn't be investing in smallcaps ! Clueless Clunes reckons PG is a flighty/nervous investor. Fenseal3 thinks he is a muppet. You couldn't make it up! Feckless and very lame rampsters who probably only put a couple of quid in here themselves, now lambasting a guy who bought a huge 14% share for thousands. Where are the 3% holding RNSs from the rampsters eh? Dregs of the barrel every one of them. Always to be ignored imo. PG still has 50m shares. Dumping 2m to 3m of them a day will take a couple of weeks yet I guess esp without great news to generate a buying spree.
was buying up RRR shares the promoters/rampers were saying "that's confidence for you. A big investor like him wouldn't be buying into RRR if he weren't confident in RRR". So presumably now that Peter Gyllenhammar is pretty quickly offloading his RRR shares those same promoters/rampers would say "that's not confidence for you. A big investor like him wouldn't be offloading his RRR if he were still confident in RRR"
Maybe AB will get his rewards in heaven??
Yes it does seem a bit off given how “oversubscribed “ it was yet plenty of stock at around the IPO level I’m disappointed!
JMS volume on first day was around 54m. Some have speculated that LTHs of Jupiter shares took the opportunity to cash them in quickly at the iPO price. Last night's volume was a paltry 12m ! https://www.asx.com.au/asx/markets/equityPrices.do?by=asxCodes&asxCodes=JMS Seems there isn't anything like the interest and appetite that some people tried to make us believe there would be. Certainly not at these levels anyway. Wonder if the MMs will bring the JMS SP down to generate the interest?
Currently up 4.46%
By the way i certainly didn't stay up last night watching the Jupiter share price. In fact i woke up this morning (after a long sleep) fresh as a Daisy. :) On another topic, very sad news this evening about Dale Winton passing. I always liked Dale. Seems many Celebs have passed this year, Eric Bristow, Ken Dodd, Jim Bowen. I suppose on an heartwarming note it was good to see that the "forces sweetheart" Vera Lynn reached 101 years old in March. I believe the next oldie birthday celebration will be Olivia De Havilland who will be 102 years old on July 1st (i didn't even have to look up that date because i knew it). And i've got to say Vera Lynn's "White Cliffs of Dover" is my favourite Vera Lynn song. Here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hqtaoz4QFX8
Hello Maestro, we'll put that little hissy fit in your last post down to the lack of sleep you had last night. Lack of sleep also seems to make me a bit grouchy too. So i suggest you don't do what you did last evening watching the Jupiter share price all night or end up being grumpy again tomorrow with the lack of sleep. Got to feel sorry for all those in UK who stayed up last evening watching the Jupiter share price action because today with sleep deprivation they watched the RRR share price plunge. So no wonder you and others are really grumpy today.
what a sad troll you are, i do not understand why you waste your life here.
Actually let's not forget near 600m of the shares are locked in Escrow now so it's 50m from 1.35 billion so 4%.
Briar - "in high volume trading" Volume according to ASX was just over 50m. This for a company with 1.95 billion shares in issue so less than 3% traded. High volume??
To quote "As expected, holders locked in for 4 yrs with book prices as low as 10c or less sold some JMS at c40c on opening day on ASX. So I won board sweepstake on day 1 closing price. Does not mean not super positive though!" And "JMS closes first day trading on ASX at 40c in high volume trading" investor JMS video https://www.jupitermines.com/cproot/794/3/20180418%20JMS%20-%20Investor%20Presentation%20April%202018%20FINAL.pdf

Hi All, still keeping an eye on things. Hopefully JMS prevents short (I.e. now), medium (6 -12 months) placings. But I know from running both successful and not successful companies that money gets burned quickly especially if it is in the bank or you can leverage it I.e. escrow shares. I might even day trade here. This must be one of the best day trade shares ever. MP out.
This was due 1 April. Anyone know anything about why we've heard nothing?
booboo : "Does anyone know what our latest debt level is?" lol. Ask Maestro.
Helpful: "Read the IM: there is a 4 month lock in. DYOR" It's surely much longer than that as I am sure you are aware. According to the link Daniel Sklan provided yesterday the shares are locked in Escrow for possibly up to June 2019 imo. 50% can be released when Jupiter release their half year report (which is usually in December) and only then IF the JMS VWAP has been at least 20% higher than the IPO price for 20 consecutive trading days. The other 50% are only released when Jupiter release their end of year report (usually in June). Not that it makes a sot of difference because AB isn't likely to sell those shares anyway to release their cash value for shareholders. He will imo sit on them as they are about the only thing underpinning the MCAP here.
