MrMagic is still around ?
yawn same old bashing time will tell hero or zero for AB with his public video with comment of expectations of "visible signs of sucess"
Do you hear the whistle blowing?
Well Bell has a potential $12m to pursue which is rightfully RRR's, he has gone to Zambia specifically to get the cash, he seems confident.
A more popular company the share price would be surging away, current m/cap £5m, potentially collecting a sum in the range of £5m to £8m - however this is Red Rock and Rhino skinned Andrew Bell we have to account for.
Not long to wait to see how he gets on, by mid next week will it be hero or zero ?
Pffft, more like ‘the stable door was left open and the horse has bolted’
Don’t forget, AB delivers NOTHING to shareholders and never has. He seems to do quite well though, how about that?!
Everyone should listen to this.
AB expects "visible signs of success" from this trip referring to the collection of the initial amounts of money, so my take is a news announcement in3-10 days, to allow for the stated discussions/negotiations/ give & take etc-- agreements to drafted, reviewed and signed then finally funds send AND received
IMO the whistle has sounded and the train will be leaving the station
Should have stated new interview today

So Bell has gone to the Congo to collect the money owed and he expects to get it.

Well he is in DRC at the moment.. but who knows? Three separate issues; the damages against VUP, the settlement with Gecamines/VUP and the claim against Big G. The first two could be relatively quick but the last one will take longer.
These things always take longer than we would like.

When are we going to get money in the bank from these Court awards? We cannot have much left in our bank account.
Metals prices matter a lot. Good/high prices mean that the IRR on projects makes them fundable with bank debt. Listen to the interview with the guy from Altius I posted the other day. He was saying that at $4.00 a pound for copper new mines did not make economic sense and that the copper price needed to be $8.00 a pound.
High prices for metals means that partners will come looking for JVs and predators will look to buy out companies. Look at what happened with Big G and Musonoi or Nzurri Copper and Kalongwe.
Lastly, it makes a difference to our potential claim against Big G. Our potential loss is one figure at $4.00 a pound and a different one at $8.00 a pound. Potential as in we haven't made it yet but before people start hyper ventilating.
At $4,000 a tonne not much is happening with copper but at $20k a tonne, now you are talking. $20,000 is where the Altius guy reckons it is going.
400,000 tonnes of copper at $20,000 x 50.1% is a big number. That sort of number is the starting point for working out what the potential claim might be. It doesn't mean that is what the claim will end up being or that we will get it but you have to start the calculations somewhere.

"Helpful" still posting metal prices as if it has any bearing on anything. May as well comment on the price of cocoa futures too - at least RRR is positively correlated to that commodity
I waiting too. AB creates a short term expectation for positive news and then disappoints. As opposed to just putting a time frame than can be achieved and sometimes happen faster. I bought thinking 2-3 years then AB goes off and does videos leading everyone to believe it will happen faster
not much of wait for higher copper prices LOL
You're going to have a long wait.

well I'm IN. I'd like a cleaner inviroment. prehaps the dawn of a new age. some say the darkest point of the night is just before the begining of the dawn.
I say here comes the sun .let us enjoy the change as soon as we can.
IMO Southern Cross news does nothing for RRR. It only the future listing of the Australian ONLY then this type of news may or not impact that share which in turn can impact RRR. Right now there are too many unknowns and this type of news will be ignored by the general lack of any interest in RRR plus the general negative view of Bell
news to watch for-
1) Congo-collection of money and any litigation progress
2) Elephant IPO in US
3) Kenya JV--unknown timing but after Kenya elections
4) Australia 2-3+ months away
5) Lithium- IMO more ground applications and maybe some sampling which probably wont get this market excited but designed to get a JV or another IPO somewhere
Unfortunately for investors it's not RRR.
Similer posts on neighbours finding Lithium in Zimbabwe / Namibia or somewhere. Never us
One day Rodders there may be some good news for RRR.
You will be able to see where they are on the Geo Vic site.
be nice to see a map to know how far east
great news for listing which should create even more interest
