Andrew Bell has re-tweeted the Proactive interview of June 8th today where he says he is pleased with what he has achieved in the Congo. Interesting, a clue maybe ?

Post Andrew Bell's tweet relating to his return to the UK from the Congo.

I just re-read AB tweet and am focused on 'once and for all' to me that would imply the larger issue has also been dealt with. Or I am reading too much into this
Thank you. Very helpful. I could see where just getting an official translation would take several days (if rushed)
*without a CPR..... etc
Nominated Adviser: NOMAD.
The NOMAD is responsible to AIM and the FCA for making sure that the company (or any company) complies with the AIM and FCA rules. The main obligation is to AIM but the AIM rules incorporate some of the FCA rules.
The NOMAD will want to make sure that any RNS is not misleading. In this case, all the documentation is in French. So the first thing is that it needs translating. It won't be one document but a suite of documents, such as the court orders issued in Lumbumbashi.
If the company claims X and X is material then the NOMAD will want to ensure that is confirmed somewhere in the documentation. If it is not material then the NOMAD will want to know why it is in the RNS.
There are also rules about how information is portrayed. So Reserves is not the same as Resources. You can't say Reserves with a CPR or a JORC or a NI 43-101 and so. Oil reserves must be attributed to the field and cannot be simply disclosed as an aggregate...

Periodically NOMADS as a group and as individual companies get their legs smacked. Periodically, AIM Regulation updates the rules and the rules relating to reporting.
If the NOMAD is not happy with the company's conduct then it can resign, which gives the company and the directors a major problem.

Helpful or others-Helpful posted that Nomad will want to review documents from Congo before a news release is issued
Can someone explain the Nomads role in reviewing/approving a news release. Thank you
I know for a fact Mr Bell is not Helpful, I won't post his name here but he works as a financial advisor.
He is in regular contact with Bell so he could have been made inside until the outcome of Bell's meetings in DRC are released to the market
If you believe that A.B is using an alas " Helpful " then that might have legal repercussions. Insider infomation. A.B was at pains not to let any cat out of the bag because it could do harm to the company, sp & nagotiations.
from what I have seen in his interviews. I can see that he has a good idea of the law & would not risk breaking it. As much as the help from helpful has been a help the info gathered has been from the public domain.
Funny!
You couldn't pay me enough to spend my time trotting around Africa and having to put up with what he has to put up with.
He left Friday and was back Saturday. Not for me to make announcements for him.
Any announcement will need to be cleared with the Board and the NOMAD. The NOMAD will want chapter and verse before agreeing to an RNS: if any document from the suite of documents is missing, then no RNS.
Soon Rodney, soon.

Has anyone noticed the silence from poster Helpful has coincided with the silence from Andrew Bell - coincidence ?
Surely Helpful is not Bell himself ?
Bell is back home - just announced on Twitter
'Just back from a trip to deal, once and for all, with an issue in Central Africa. I changed my return ticket 10x (the travel agent says 13x) but I am back. So missed Jubilee, Father's Day, political dramas and some nice weather, but at least not Glyndebourne on 27th!'

A Geologist (assume Bell knows him) has replied 'The fruits shall be sweet!'

Bell is back tweeting vigorously again after a 2 day period of silence, has he been traveling home, I have a strong feeling that we will get a RNS tomorrow, Helpful is silent also.
Absolutely no idea of the outcome, it is amazing to think he has been in the Congo for 6 weeks and there has been no clue as to what is going on, the Proactive interview last Friday suggesting he had succeeded was most strange.
No RNS tomorrow and the mystery deepens.
same poll
what do you thing"
1-AB is sick
2-AB failed and is in hiding
3-AB succeeded in getting $2 million+ and left for London with news on Monday
it has been a couple of days with nothing at all from AB. what is going on?
"It has often been stated on this board that AB has close to no credibility...."
I doubt his credibility is that high.
TDT
It is highly unusual for Bell to remain silent on his personal Twitter feed so long, the last post of note was the photo in a hotel lobby taken around 7pm Wednesday with his local advisor where he looked like he was going to a meeting and a short reply yesterday around 8am.
Helpful seems to have hinted yesterday that the process was coming to a conclusion, we will see, to say the very least, after 6 weeks in country, it is exceptionally frustrating.
Maybe another Proactive interview later like last week ?
LOL---you can not be serious. It has often been stated on this board that AB has close to no credibility
IMO the vast majority would be surprised by AB accomplishes anything at all.
The problem is Bell has built up such high expectations that anything other than a few million recieved (in one sum) i believe would be seen negatively.
To me what would be seen VERY negatively would be new land recieved + money paid in small installments. I think that outcome would absolutely plummet this share price.
it can take a long time to actually collect from Court judgement. There are many that go uncollected. There was a big case here in North America- Goldmans won a large verdict against OJ Simpson (famous US football player). Simpson clearly has the money but Goldman's have been unable to collect. I think it has been going for over 20 years.
He my be mourning Suella getting bumped. Some may say his support there indicates a scant connection with the real World.
Andrew Bell has been inactive on Twitter for 19 hours now, that is something of a record for him, is he returning home, in deep discussions, a settlement been reached, has been advised to keep quiet and not engage with entities seeking info ?
You decide !
I assure you he has not been having a good time. A couple of weeks ago he had to wait the best part of 2.5 days for a critical meeting with just France 24 to amuse him. No one will be more relieved than him when this is finally done. When this next bit is done this will not be the end but the end of the beginning: on Big G next and some proper money.
Anyway, it doesn't matter how close he is until it is done and until the fat lady sings it ain't over.
Soon Rodney, soon.
never mind the sp is still not doing much? rns would be handy. AB seams to be having a good time. prehaps he would like to tell us the news? that would be helpful.
