Hi Bear
Good point well made
Would you still get to see the replies?

Not quite an answer to your question but at the AGM, Sam made the point that the estimated NPV did not include any inflation in the assumed price of oil ($77).

Be genuinely interested to get this board's views on following:
1/ At what interest rates would we expect Navitas / RKH to get funding in the current macro environment? Might you have any recent examples of reserves-based lending?
2/ Has cost inflation been factored into forecasts for SL development?
Happy
Also, a new player *Canadian(s)* is coming to the North basin...wait & see
Always suspected Shenandoah would come first.
Rkh has lowest spread on igindex now.. sell @ 12.903p .....buy @13.068p
The sp should cross the 15p mark, what's good for
Navitas is good for rkh.
Navitas up another 2% today, that's up 30% in 3 weeks.
I have a feeling they will sell a portion of their Shanandoah Field to help fund Sea Lion.
Expect Israeli Pension Funds to co-invest with Navitas.
For example,

Be patient.
There's a virus in that link. Don't open it

Be patient. Navitas will deliver.
The earth needs saving, so kill humans, they create CO2, which by the way is what plant life needs. The ppm of CO2 used to be 6000, now it’s in the low hundreds, if it falls further plants die. The insanity is baffling? Hmmmm …who is killed first. The policies are inhuman and against man kind. I am for people, seeing as I am one.
Yep, that's correct.. logic would suggest that there is a reason for this.
1. Large holders of the warrants are not converting yet to try and force the company into another placing prior to 2024.
2. Wanting to wait to book a bigger profit / shareholding without having to outlay the capital up front (I.e. sell the required amount shares to pay for the warrants)- higher the curent SP, the less they have to sell.
3. There isn't enough liquidity demand to sell into before converting the warrants and are awaiting the next positive news flow to sell into - in order to not crash the share price prior to receiving the converted warrants.. as I'm guessing some of thses warrant owners will have a fair few million to shift (assuming they don't want to increase their overall investment) and at the anemic daily volume we curently have, selling to buy would certainly crash the price which isn't in their interest..
My guess is all three, but mainly scenario 3.. our daily trade volume is awful and the only thing that seems to move it is news flow.. maybe Sam should be doing some more PR and investment Road shows?
BB3
I guess there will be a big chunk of warrants getting converted in the remaining months
Only 13% of the 60 million warrants taken up so far.
Can someone confirm ?
Nasty Nick,
The madness explained:
Have you seen James Lindsay explaining how specific techinques are being used to control and destroy civil society?
Once you see you can't un-see it. Here he is at the European parliament following an invitation to speak. Quite an eye opener!

"expedited basis post-sanction" - I like this bit
The CO2 and PC tribe are going to put civilization at risk of chaos
Ovets - agreed. In my same geography lessons we studied population growth. It was forecast to go from 3 billion to 10 billion. The forecasts have been accurate as have its effects. Hence why l have remained a believer in Sealion all through these dark frustrating PC days.
No The-Bear, that isn't what I posted, so don't try and discredit my posts with misquotes / interpretation.
I'm all too aware of historic, natural climate change, which has been going on since day 1.
However, what some of you seem to want to ignore are the >8 Billion humans who are adding to any natural effect, which simply cannot be ignored.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm going to enjoy the few years I have left. Me switching-off the occasional light and not flying on holiday isn't going to save the planet, so you can be sure I'm intending to have as good a time as possible.
The point being missed by those who seem intent on arguing about anything, including the bleedin' obvious, is that fossil fuels have a long future and SL is going ahead whatever you say and whatever you believe to be responsible for climate change.
I think the hippos have moved from the Thames to the High Street........
All l know is that the climate will always change ...... l still remember that ice age we were entering when l did my geography A level.
So climate change now is driven by man, and climate change before was...just climate change?
The percentage of Co2 in air is 0.04% and the man made part of that is 4%.
4% of 0.04% and that is making a difference?
Im sceptical
What i have noticed now is that not many people now dare to question this.
