At long last …
This thread pretty much sums a number of PIs thoughts. Sam has the Company stitched up and not a lot can be done about it.
Decidedleaverage - I am pretty much the same, just because you are invested doesn't mean you have to say nice things, frustration here is understandable. Years of eroding value whilst Sam gets paid £600k+ leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
I am more upbeat now with Navitas and the noises so far, just hope we can avoid a big dilution.
Apologies ovets. You've asked me a couple of questions. I answered the the one enquiring if I am a shareholder?
Why keep money invested if I don't believe? As stupid as it sounds I've lost so much money in this stock I just can't bring myself to sell. Id rather see this company for busy than sell. In fact I'd rather see the company go bust than see my effective ownership diluted to next 0 which is which is what I anticipate will happen. I've answered you question I think. Would you mind answering mine ?
Decidedleaverage, I think you'll find I asked you a question, which you still haven't answered.
Asking me a different question isn't an answer.
Hi Ovets, Overleveraged is so in over his head he's submerged. More likely to post on/after a down day
In some part he's prodding for reassurance. Said on here he couldn't take up his open offer shares 'cos finally unable to conceal borrowings
Asked 'is wife to help but she refused. Talk about desperate.
"I did ask this question a few days ago and I don’t know your employment history but am curious if you every bought shares in a company that employed you".....
My experience of being employed in listed energy companies is that was it policy not to buy shares in the company to avoid insider dealing. The company usually had an employee share scheme and a broker executed the trade on the same day every month, so you had no influence on the price paid.
Stillneedoil - Yes, I do currently buy shares in the company I work and I'm not a director btw.
What sort of company do you work for ? With an asset like SL I would expect the BOD the show confidence they will monetize the asset by putting some of their own money into it. It makes me suspicious they don't want to, since they are going to dilute in the future or they are not confident it is going to happen and they just want to collect a wage.
Ovets you didn't answer my question. The very thing you accused me of doing!
Market dope. Garbage. Essex. Fakey. Etc etc. etc etc etc.
WRONG again.
So I’ll ask again. How are those 18.9 million shares you “apparently owned” in FOGL with an average of 18.9p and going to sell at £1+ doing??
No doubt you’ll ignore the question as you’re probably too embarrassed to answer. Another lie? Another failure in your disastrous pretend share dealing??
Tricks still £1.50???? IMHO. DYOR. Just a gut feeling matey.
Ps. Woof woof.
Double ps. The caravan is still barking while the dogs keep moving. IMHO. DYOR etc etc. etc.
Ovets you didn't answer my question. The very thing you accused me of doing.
Hi Ralph
I did ask this question a few days ago and I don’t know your employment history but am curious if you every bought shares in a company that employed you
Not having a dig just a question
I never have and have been a director for 2 companies
Again just a question

Now I wonder why a shareholder would constantly post critical comments about the company he's chosen to invest in and get defensive when challenged.
Something illogical about that.
If I was so anti-RKH, I think I would have got out and put my precious money elsewhere, or spend it.
Well if in a professional shorter I have been darned good at it!
Godders must be a shareholder holder he has posted it 3 times so it must be true
Yes I am a shareholder and have been for a long time. D o you believe that either fid will occur next year or the receipt of OM monies? Do you expect yet another dilution next year ?
No II holders and directors don't buy, speaks volumes to me.

Yes I am a shareholder. Do you believe that either fid will occur next year or the receipt of OM monies. Do you expense yet another dilution next year ?
Are you a RKH shareholder Decidedleaverage?
BTW, where's the 'censorship' in asking a question, which you refuse to answer?
What you are proposing ovets is censorship. I'm perfectly entitled to post negative comments about rkh and I will continue to do so. The day rkh does anything to disprove my assertions that it is a complete sham I will stop.
"There is just no point in holding this stock"
Decidedleaverage, why are you wasting your (and our) time posting here?
You don't appear to be posting for any other share.
If you have an intellectual message that would actually be worth reading, could you please let us know what it is?
@Decidedleaverage. Does this mean you've sold your entire holding?
There is just no point in holding this stock. The board are just not accountable. No timelines for fid etc etc means they can't fail. Shocking investor relations.
And as we’ve said before … Shenandoah comes first before Sealion FID so what do Navitas results mean … possibly improve the chances of another farm out but then the new partners will need to check all the data as RKH and Navitas have done. Into the long grass again …
Yeah, besides, should get navitas H2 results next week.
