None of those RNS show any proof of furthering FID. UI seem to remember PJ telling me the share was grossly undervalued, i remember the chairman telling me that the board would love to buy shares but couldn't. I remember the board telling me about MOG being a great venture about how they were selling the Egyptian assets to "strengthen the balance sheet". Ive been told a lot of stuff. None of which has born out to be true.,

Ovets seems like the majority of posters think you are evasive around a key question. If I didn't know better Id say you didn't want to provide an answer. Its quite funny. Ill tell you my view, the board's view and the market's view: NO chance of FID this year

Timing of said decisions and the result of said decision are completely in the air. There's a reason we havent had an RNS in a long time: nothing has been resolved. Intractable? 10.5 pence would certainly suggest so.

That's right its not rising for yet another reason. The thing is a dud. Either this is a high probability of FID this year but FID isnt going to result in much of a movement in the share price or on FID this will rocket up but FID is considered very unlikely. We haven't had any updates in 9 months and you are expecting the entire thing to be done and dusted in the next 11 months? Everyone is just clutching at straws.

By insolvent , i remind you rkh have a deferred corp tax bill to pay to FIG. Suspect they need to get FIG' agreement that the money shouldn't go straight to FIG for payment. When the share pic ramps ill shut up. Until then....

If this is such great news why has the share price not moved. If the shareprice never reflects the "value" then there is no value

The warrants were designed to ease the company cash flow. For the board to leave it to the last second tp exercise the warrants thus negating the benefit tells you everything you need to know,

Latics may have got this wrong but his point is the SP isnt doing anything is very valid. The board are getting rich whilst mere shareholders get nothing in return. We now are at 10.6 pence with No news for a good 6 months. Great

Of course the directors will buy. If SP > warrant strike price it is a no brainer. All this fuss over nothing.

We had 2 major SP drivers in the next year. ! was award monetisation which has done nothing to the SP. The other is FID. I have adjusted my 2024 SP max down to < 20 pence a share. Just awful.

JEBR the warrants were int he money regardless. Keen to know what Ovets and mogger made of this. I'm pretty despondent.

I cant possibly know whether e this is a good deal or not. If I were being cynical id ask why we didnt do this prior to organising a share issuance. Perhaps because the issuance gave the board a good pay day? All i know is that good news moves a share price up and it stays up.... That is something that still hasn't happened in more than a decade for RKH.

Citizen TS , Ralph you may be right but as of now NOTHING has been decided upon. RKH is no less of a punt than it was a decade ago. I guess that is fine. the only piece I take umbrage with is the faux assurances of FID in 2024. I think FID 2026 at the earliest

The thing i take from the TImes article is that absolutely nothing is decided upon which makes the FID in 2024 claims laughable.
