Yes I am a shareholder and have been for a long time. D o you believe that either fid will occur next year or the receipt of OM monies? Do you expect yet another dilution next year ?

What you are proposing ovets is censorship. I'm perfectly entitled to post negative comments about rkh and I will continue to do so. The day rkh does anything to disprove my assertions that it is a complete sham I will stop.
There is just no point in holding this stock. The board are just not accountable. No timelines for fid etc etc means they can't fail. Shocking investor relations.
And down we go. Not one person has called me on my no fid no on monies, dilution coming claims .
Can someone please corroborate my story pls .thx
Yes. My point is the chairman claimed they wanted to buy shares but the blackout periods precluded them. Well let's say 6 years later said chairman resigns and still he hadn't bought a material sumnof shares . I am guessing time lines but you take my point. I don't for a second believe that rkh was in a permant state of blackout espially against a background of nothing going on
Who owns shares in companies they work for? Er directors of companies, especially small ones. This is standard fair for PE.
I was at an AGM possibly 5 years ago where the outgoing chairman when asked this question at an AGM , said he wanted to buy shares but there were in a period where they weren't permitted to, if my memory serves me correctly he basically said so much was going on behind the scenes that as directors it was very hard to buy shares despite the fact they wanted to. If that had been recorded.... Corporate misguidance
My point is new shareholders are not interested. It's not too good to be true. It's a lottery ticket at best and a sham at worst. If that isn't the case explain to me why we have no volume, no IIs, no director purchases.
Latics those warrants only apply to current shareholders.
The warrants have no impact on the share price.
The issue is no one is interested. Just look at the pathetic volume and the lack of ii investors . I believe the iis that participated in the share issuance have all sold out. Nothing short of FId, receipt of OM monies and a guarantee of no further dilutions will move the dial . None of these drivers are imminent so this is going to be at 12 pence for a long while
Hardly inspiring. Shows we can't hire quality , ethical directors .
I think you could identify the rampers : anyone who confidently asserts Fid: 2024 , receipt of OM monies : 2024 no further dilutions. 1, 2 or three off those statements will be proved wrong. The market has the probabilities of these events priced in.
Hey Daikihaku1, fair point. I shouldn't have tarred all posters re the same brush.
I would tend to agree that if the market thought there was a probable fid in the near term and no further dilution this would be multiples higher than wear we are now but it isn't and I don't believe it's because IIs are being laggards or irrational. I think so is 12 pence because it's unlikely to happen any time soon or they are waiting for a huge share dilution. Either way it is not good for us. I guess all I'd like to dispell is the notion that markets are being irrational with regard to rkh
Sage not safe. Sorry and apologies for the rant.
For the record is no fid because Navitas are choosing to focus on other projects. PMO all over again. To be clear I have no inside information here. All I know is this would not be 12 pence if FId was on track for next year and/or we didn't have a recapitalisation coming . The rampers will say I'm a moron and I have an agenda. Well trust me I'd be the happiest person if the frankly ludicrous £1 on first oil £2026 claim comes true. I could afford to pay off my mortgage and retire ! I'd rather be a rich moron than a poor safe.
People have been coming up with excuse after excuse for this company for 15 or so years. This stock if fairly priced. 90 percent chance we don't reach fid and if we do we will be diluted to next to nothing. I'm looking forward to the nonfid in 2024. Oil price crash, inability to raise finance etc etc. Doesn't matter what all I know is that markets are not so irrational to be out of a stock with a high probability of success in the next 18 months . Also the board bought at 7 pence and low and behold made a 50 percent return.. haven't invested since have that. Wonder why?
Oh and we are out of money and even if we do succeed another dilution is coming.
