hopefully in july/aug some good news and we can get upto .3 again then at break even i think time to move on.
as a long term holder so much promise but would appear that powers hold the price low at all stages
What about Bolex?
I think Rolex would be suitable, a portmanteau of the company and CEO name. Furthermore it has cost most of us a fortune!
Call it Modiex....it could have some oil on the Go
Or massive sells. They are the grey for a reason. Right on the mid point.
Massive buys gone in..
Personally i think with the frack just about to happen it is a bit of p**S take.
It has taken years for the company to get here, Joe S award is deserved he has worked through all this, the new management team have not and don't at this stage deserve the benefit they are going to potentially get a massive payday based on historic work.
Come to think of when NPL was run by Serco, they had a share save scheme which I took advantage of one year. There was a strike price which was set at a discount to the current price. At the end of the year if the price was then greater than the strike price you could cash in and get cheap shares or get your money back. So it would be hypocritical to grumble too much. Gla.
Yes Espen
Anyone who works in bussiness can see the board of Synergia will have to grow share price to benefit financially.
The package for wage they are on is reasonable

Benefit for all is if they can grow share price .
I agree Callum, got no issue with it. Couple this with the published base wage for Roland.
Most UK FTSE 250 companies have options schemes for the management and team.
I am in one my self .
If the share price doesn't go up no one benefits.
It's a good incentive and I am fine with it .

So Conger, if the shares go to double the exercise price, i.e. 0.44 pence they could get half the allocated number for free? Is that right? Nice work if you can get it. Might have been nicer to hear some directors were buying shares. Atb.
(g) Exercise of Awards
At the sole and absolute discretion of the Board, and in general terms, awards granted under the Employee Incentive Plan may only be exercised if particular exercise or vesting conditions have been met, the exercise price has been paid to the Company and the awards are exercised within the respective exercise period. An award granted under the Employee Incentive Plan may not be exercised once it has lapsed.
No vesting conditions given ...
It is a significant amount of free riskless shares for the management to do the job they are already paid to do.
or not...
(h) Cashless Exercise Facility
Under the terms of the Employee Incentive Plan, a Participant may request to pay the exercise price for an award by setting off the exercise price against the number of Shares which they are entitled to receive upon exercise (Cashless Exercise Facility). By using the Cashless Exercise Facility, the holder will receive Shares to the value of the surplus after the exercise price has been set off. Any such request must be expressly made by the Participant in the exercise notice. The Board may approve or refuse the request in its sole and absolute discretion.
If all the options are exercised at some point, it would be a cash inflow to the company of around £850k. Gla.
